Pompano's 6th Street Bagels & Deli

Absolutely amazing! I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch , was extremely fresh, crunchy crisp bacon! The pasta salads and potato salads are to die for. Gorgeous view of the ocean and outdoor seating was shaded with a nice breeze. Owner and staff so nice and friendly! Will be back!

We recently found this deli and we are so happy we did. Their food is amazingly good and their service is incredible too. My husband had the hot pastrami and can’t stop raving about it. I had the turkey pesto and it was delicious. On another trip we ordered a bagel which was fantastic and a chicken wrap that was so huge it was good for 2 meals. Each time we go my husband can’t refuse the pastrami and he each time he enjoys it even more. We love this deli and it’s definitely our go to for sandwiches! Awesome place!!!!

I had my order delivered. It was so good I could cry! I had a BLT, potato salad, and cucumber salad. The bacon on the BLT was perfection! Thick cut, crispy, and flavorful. The toppings all tasted fresh. The potato salad may be the best I've ever had! None of that processed tasting stuff you get everywhere. Same with the cucumber salad. It was crisp ,refreshing, and bright. *Chefs kiss* I will definitely be visiting this restaurant in person in the future. I can't remember the last time I was this delighted by a meal!

Recently had a delicious lunch at this little gem of a deli tucked in a little "plaza" on A1A. I got the Italian sandwich. It was packed with meat and had a tasty homemade sub sauce. I also had BLT pasta salad on the side and a giant cookie. Yummy lunch overall. The staff is friendly and attentive and I really enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Be sure to check this out.

Fantastic food and service! You can taste the freshness of the food and I LOVE that they offer salad versions of their sandwiches. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich made a fabulous salad! I wish I had thought to take a picture lol I can't wait to come back and try even more of their specialty sandwiches (salads)! I also love the local art on display and that there are cards and trivia games available to play while you enjoy the ambiance.

Came here for a quick lunch after church and we’re glad we did.

Service was awesome. The three people we interacted with here are very friendly, genuine and kind!

One thing that I think is really cool about what they offer is each kids meal comes on a branded frisbee or bucket and Pail. Not only did we get lunch but our 6 year old received a new beach toy which is a win win!

If I had to describe this place in 3 words I’d say Fresh, inexpensive, delicious!

Terrific little place! Outrageous sandwiches, outdoor, dog friendly seating. They even brought water for the dog. Coleslaw is delicious and the pickle makes the meal. I had the turkey pesto melt and my partner had the Reuben. Delicious!

Had a pressed Italian Sub that had a some sort of spicy secret sauce! You can tell the owner takes pride in his craft. He came out to our table with samples of his homemade chili which was delicious. Looking forward to getting back there soon and trying some of the other items on the menu.

Son was visiting from out of state and asked where to go get a great sandwich specifically near the beach. I directed him to Pompano’s. The house made pesto was delish. Joke cards. Playing cards. Etc. Great spot for a sandwich!

The only thing was my son wished while visiting was that they were open later; however, the hours are completely normal and understandable — so no deduction for that. He just ate a little earlier than he planned lol

I had the Pastrami and it was AWESOME, great flavor and an all around great sandwich. My wife had the Turkey Pesto, it was also great, we both love this place. They also have great bagels also.

I was craving a good deli sandwich and, man, this place did not disappoint!! The sandwiches were really fresh with lots of meat, reasonable prices and super-friendly service - you definitely need to stop in!! Pictured is their American 6" sub and their Cuban...both were delicious!

We love love love this deli! I have been three times in the past month and it has become somewhat of a weekly staple in our house that we look forward to. My go to chicken bacon pita is the best, but I am looking forward to trying other items they have to offer as well. It is in a prime location close to the beach and public parking, which make it easy to get to. Service is also exceptional every time as well, Brandon is awesome!

Great experience. It was very busy when I went in there, but was able to get my food with any short period of time very friendly employees definitely worth a visit.

I love sandwiches and this is my new favorite spot. The owners were so welcoming and even treated our 4 year old son like family. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and amazing food. We will be back.

Huge portions of the best quality ingredients on their sandwiches. They don't cut corners. I eat here whenever I'm in town.

First visit here and it’s amazing!! Recommend the Deli Bird Melt add pesto.

We had excellent sandwiches for lunch. Big menu! The gluten-free bread was like nothing I've ever tasted! It was so good! And as we were leaving, they were kind enough to give me gluten-free desserts to try. No charge. I highly recommend this place! They are kind and considerate and if I lived in the area I would be back there quite often.

Great sandwiches in a great spot! Grabbed some lunch here and everything was fantastic. Better cheesesteak than I have eaten in South Jersey too! The owner was so friendly. Must stop if you are in the area
