Salesman Steve has always been awesome. He was a pleasure to work with there was some numbers in the beginning that didn't work and he spoke to some people and we came to an agreement that was reasonable for both sides. He is an amazing salesman and continues to go above and beyond for customer service. He has helped me and my wife numerous times and I'm glad that he's still at mossy Nissan Oceanside for all the years that he has been there. It feels good to know that there's somebody there for all these years because when I walked into trade in my vehicle and get a new vehicle a lot of the old people that I knew were not there anymore. So it would help to continue to keep people there who have been there for a long time because it makes me feel good knowing that I know somebody. Even the finance guy I forgot his name his name might have been Larry or somebody else he likes to smoke meat And we have had many conversations regarding different types of smoked meats. Everybody there is very friendly and hospitable and I am glad that I choose mossy Nissan Oceanside to get all of my vehicles I have been with mossy Oceanside for about 7 years now and they never disappoint.

I had the best experience buying a car from mossy Nissan Oceanside. Val helped me from start to finish and went above and beyond. From picking up the car in El Cajon during peak traffic time and staying after hours to deliver the car to me. To literally driving the car home to me since I was alone at the dealership and didn’t have someone with me to bring the car home. Everyone at the dealership was so welcoming. Val explained to me she didn’t think I was going to get approved for the car I was interested in since it was an older car and I needed a loan. She wanted to work with me to get something since we only had 1 car and I was desperate for my own car for my babies. She was able to tell me I was approved for the original car I wanted! Without even coming into the dealership which is a blessing when you have 2 little ones. The finance manager was very nice and helpful also, so sorry I forgot his name lol.

I will definitely be coming back for our next car and recommending this dealership to everyone I know! Thank you Val again for all your help, you are the best!!

I recently purchased a used vehicle through Mossy Nissan and had a 10/10 experience. I had gone in months ago to look at a vehicle and then came back and got exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. Michael Nurmi was the sales person I originally met with and he stayed in touch over the months providing me with updates on cars of interest that arrived at their lot. When I came back he and his manager Larry made the purchase experience seemless and transparent with everything from my trade, to financing, and the additional packages that made sense for us. Overall and amazing experience and highly recommend going with these guys if you need a new ride!

Recently, I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and addressed the recalls on my vehicle. Robyn was very attentive and professional. She did a great job keeping me in the loop.

High praise for Service Advisor Alex Sandoi, and his excellent Costumer Service. I went in for a faulty door handle, possible electrical issue. He had the door handle fixed, replaced my key FOB battery and oil change for the price of the oil change. All within an hour. Very professional. Will definitely come back to this location again, based on such great service.

Gaspar and Larry were wonderful to work with! I’m definitely not an easy customer to please by any means. I’ve had my fair share of sleazy dealers and I know all the tricks, but these guys are honest and genuine. I knew what we wanted and was firm with our budget. They ended up getting us in a different car than we originally came for. They pulled it from the back and it just so happened to check every single box included the budget. These guys are truly good people and good at what they do. We will definitely be back in 10-20 years when the wheels fall of this one 😂
