I recently entrusted the funeral arrangements for my grandmother to Iannotti Funeral Home, and I am grateful for their compassionate and professional services during this difficult time.

The team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was addressed with care and respect. The facilities were comfortable and serene, which was perfect for our small family gathering. I highly recommend Iannotti’s to anyone in need of funeral services.

Iannotti Funeral Home has served our family for generations and will continue serving us for generations to come. Bob, Kim, Rob, and David are all exceptional individuals who went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother got the send-off she deserved. They are classy people who truly care about the families they serve.

The loss of a loved one is the most painful feeling a person can experience. Words cannot describe the sheer volume of sadness and melancholy of those effected by the death of a loved one. The Iannotti family showed such a great amount of sympathy and compassion through the whole process. As a Hindu, our custom when someone passes away is to perform a cremation ceremony. Other funeral homes were unable to accommodate these ceremonies, however, the Iannotti’s were able to take on the challenge. The Iannotti family worked tirelessly to arrange the ceremony. They showed such respect and kindness during the whole ordeal. From the bottom of our hearts, my family and I want to thank the Iannotti’s for all of their hard work and their altruism.

Iannotti's funeral home has been a family owned business for many decades. Working with Bob Iannotti and his staff has been extremely positive experience. Their handling of our funeral needs and attention has been first-rate. Thank you all for making a difficult time much less stressful.

I've been to many funerals/wakes held at the Iannotti's funeral home over the years. It wasn't until my own mother passed away unexpectedly in June of this year that I fully realized what an exceptional business the folks at Iannotti's run. My mom passed on a Sunday morning and I was not sure exactly what steps to take. All I know is that calling a funeral home to help me figure out the arrangements was one of the first. I called Iannotti's on a Sunday afternoon and was not greeted by a machine or anyone telling me they would call me back. Kim, (one of the owners) answered the phone and immediately put me at ease and asked a few questions with regards to my family's situation. She also took the time to offer a her condolences and immediately set an appointment to meet with her son, Rob Jr., the very next day. My wife, sister and I went to meet Rob that Monday morning to start the painful process of making the arrangements, obituary and the like. I cannot express enough the professionalism and incredibly caring manner in which he handled our situation. We were all immediately put at ease and even managed a few laughs while there handling an incredibly difficult situation. We truly enjoyed Mongo(the family cat) stopping in to keep us company as well. Rob had all of his ducks in a row with regards to offering up phone numbers and referrals to handle every aspect of taking care of our needs. The service was just absolutely beautiful and brought most if not all to tears. The priest even sang. It was truly impressive. I'm certain my mom would have been proud. We also decided to have the service at the new building on Nooseneck Hill Rd. which was beautiful as well. I just cannot express enough gratitude for everyone involved at Iannotti's at one my family's greatest times of need. I cannot recommend their services highly enough and will continue to do so to anyone in need of funeral arrangements I come across in the future.

Want to thank the Ianotti family and funeral home for the wonderful remembrance and celebration of our loved one. Each step of this difficult process was handled with care, respect and grace. It was comforting knowing they handled all steps to bury our loving father, who is now at peace. Thank you!!

Funeral director was very unprofessional saying “god before country” as the active duty Air Force had another funeral to get too and shrugged off the Air Force saying they’re not the priority…how dare he bring religion into this or try and damage the us Air Force. Also all requests are free with an honorable discharge so hopefully he didn’t try and steal money from the family….

I gave that one star only for courtesy because I have been there a long time but I do not want to get into what happened to me.
