Hills did a very nice job making sure family and friends were comfortable as we said goodbye to my Aunt.

Called the funeral home once I learned that my ex had placed a FRAUDULENT obituary of my son, listing his new wife as my son's mother. I called Hill and told them I would email, fax, send the copy of my son's birth certificate, and death certificate, and medical examiner's report, listing me as his mother.
Hill declined to hear any of it and would not make any changes. DO NOT USE THIS FUNERAL HOME!
It could happen to you or one of your family members.

I can not honestly recommend this place even though it is literally right down the road from my house. I contacted this funeral home a few weeks ago using their online form to set up a meeting to figure out planning for my fathers funeral. Currently he is Stage 4 refractory cancer and knows that his time is coming near. We spoke about doing pre-arrangements so its one less thing we have to worry about when that time comes. To this date, I have yet to hear a single word from them, not an email, not a phone, not a single thing. While I understand this industry and going in there is a hard thing to do, this company has done nothing that would make me close to comfortable to even go to this funeral home. I have contacted a different home and had discussions with them regarding pre-arrangements. Whats even more amusing for a lack of a better term is the fact that the home I spoke to actually lists out all of their prices right on their website as opposed to this group. Its a shame really that this is how this family looks at the matters. My personal suggestion is to go elsewhere.
