The room for calling hours was absolutely beautiful, and everything in the process, from beginning to end, was crisp, clean, and organized. Everyone I worked with, including Chris Di Iorio, Jamie Jackson, and Michelle Perry, was top notch. I will be forever grateful.

My brother (and only sibling) passed away 9 months after my beloved husband. I went to Craig and he helped with the details. When the funeral director, in Texas, informed me he was planning to have my brother flown into Logan I asked Craig if he would contact David (the Texas Funeral Director) and arrange to have my brother flown into T. F. Green, which he did. Once Craig knew the time of my brother's arrival he called the house and left a message telling me that my brother would be arriving at such and such time and after that he would be "in our care." I appreciated the fact that Craig made that phone call himself and did not ask a staff member. Also, Craig arranged to bring extra chairs from the funeral home so the older attendees would have comfortable seating for the graveside service, he arranged the private viewing for I needed to view my brother's remains after he arrived, and since there was no public viewing, in Texas, Craig also arranged for the flag, full military honors (which he would have had to do anyway) since my brother was to be buried in RI, and provided the information, which was on my brother's DD214, for the bronze marker. I felt not only cared for, as I was still grieving over the home going of my beloved husband and best friend, but now had to deal with the home going of my brother. Besides feeling cared for I felt safe in the care of Craig with all of the details we had to go through.

Chris walked me through every step and option throughout my experience and I couldn’t be more thankful to have found him when I needed the support and direction to deal with the passing of a loved one at such an emotional time in my life.
Chris went above and beyond my expectations to help me make cremation decisions, filing state paperwork, options to memorialize and even shipping cremated remains to out of state family as well as personally delivering to local family members on my behalf.

During one of the worst moments of my life, I had to make so many surreal decisions. My husband left suddenly, and we had not talked about anything regarding our preferences for a funeral. Jamie was who my son and I first met, and she was perfectly calm, supportive and honest. From the first appointment and throughout the entire process, everyone cared for me like an extended family. They gave me the space and information to give my husband the funeral, that I know, he would have wanted. I cannot fully express how grateful I am for having found Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home – except saying thank you for all your help and support.

Craig Carpenter was both compassionate and professional when I reached out to him when searching for a funeral home for my father. He was hands on when it comes to the actual memorial service, informative of the funereal procedures, and always returned my calls in a timely manner during this distressful time for my family. His wife Sue and his staff were likewise both compassionate and professional in their conduct throughout the process. I am now in the process of selecting a monument for my father with a memorial counselor that Craig introduced to me. I hope I never have to plan another funeral again, but if I do I will go to Craig again for his services.

Chris DiIorio and the Carpenter-Jenks staff made the recent wake and funeral in my family as easy as it could have been. The staff found a nice balance of professionalism and compassion. They were patient and accommodating to all our needs and desires and never made us feel pressured to spend more money than we wanted to. I would highly recommend this funeral home.

Many thanks to Carpenter Jencks who took care of my husband's final resting place. They were so compassionate and helpful with all the arranging, and Director Michaela made me feel like I was dealing with a close friend or relative. It made my last farewell to Danny a little more bearable.

They're extremely compassionate & Go out of their way to try making as easy and unstressful as they possibly can at such a sometime traumatic always painful part of Losing a loved one. Truly a standup, compassionate, friendly, honest, establishment. CARPENTER JENKINS was the only funeral home that showed real compassion to me and my family when my sister PASSED. They went about and beyond to treat her like a real human being. She didn't have Insurance DIED at 60yrs old very unexpectedly. I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH..

Planning a funeral while coping with the loss of loved one is an intolerable task. The staff at Carpenter-Jenks (Chris, Sue, Jamie, et al.) Seemlessly take over the task of planning, relieving families of that burden.
Chris coordinated nearly aspect without a hitch, including: obtaining VA documents, securing a cemetery plot, viewing, chapel service, death certificates, veterans burial, video slideshow, flowers, & procession. He, and other staff were always available to answer calls or questions.
The funeral home is clean, well lit, & perfect tempature. I can't imagine a better evironment.
While the prices are slightly higher than other funeral homes they are both reasonable and competitive. This is an instance where you truly get what you pay for. There's only one opportunity to get it right don't take chances with the competition.
