Great experience with this practice. The staff is extremely helpful ,courteous and enjoyable to be around. Dr. Desta is through and professional. The care and treatment I received during my procedure was second to none. Here is a medical practice that sets a great standard for the industry.

If you need to talk to them almost impossible to talk via call,. No one answers the phone. Procedure went no issues but almost impossible to talk to them. Good luck getting an appointment scheduled as well. 20 calls and no luck

I would avoid this practice by all means. They don't pick up their phones to talk to their patients who are trying to call to make an appointment along with telling people the wrong information

I don't know how they operate when no one ever picks up the phone or have a website scheduling link that actually works!!!!!
What am I missing?

I would avoid Loudoun Endoscopy at all costs. My procedure was in late March and my insurance company recognized a processing error which resulted in the practice being paid too little, so they paid the remaining claim, and after I had already paid my balance, which means the practice accepted duplicate payments, so I am due a refund of roughly $700. I have left messages and sent emails to Loudoun Endoscopy and Anthem has too, all with no follow-up. Dr. Gill and his staff have yet to resolve the issue and will always route phone calls directly to voicemail.
