Gene and his crew have been nothing but helpful through the whole process of getting our house back to normal after the June tornado came through the point. Between the lovely ladies in the office always there to answer my questions when I called and passing on the calls when they couldn’t. They came out to inspect and direct when needed the same day. It did not matter who we talked to they always provided a quick solution. A big shout out to David. Jamie and of course Gene who was in charge of our project. Our house is beautiful and makes us smile again every time we pull into our driveway. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The sales experience was a little weird because the day of my install my original contact quit the morning of my install. While he was very professional about his departure, the owner stepped in & was very accommodating thru what im sure was a stressful time. I had a complex case because I had a warranty thru OC & the owner & office did everything they could to fix my issues & get my warranty updated.They cleaned up nicely, quick crew. I had follow ups after install to ensure I was happy with the job, I have already recommended them to others.

I bought a new house in 2015 with a "new roof". 4 years later I had a chunk of shingles fall off. I called RoofOhio and the owner came out to evaluate. He suggested I contact my insurance company. I did and after their inspection, they told me "Some kids must've put that roof on". The owner walked me through the process of the insurance claim. The RoofOhio crew roofed my house and garage (2200 sq.ft.) in 1 day. I also received a 50 year transferable warranty. I would highly recommend this company!

We needed gutter n got many estimates ..the rep was nice, knowledge n cheap ..not the cheaoest but beat most of the others..his mom got sick n was hospitalized, then he got sick n then the guy who puts up the gutters got sick so work was delayed a few times..my only complaint is they should had gotton ahold of us n not us having to contact them but they had alot going on..anyways when they came it took a few hours to do n we are very happy with it..thanks you guys
