King Street Oyster Bar

I enjoyed my first time at King Street Oyster Bar! I have been hearing about this place for awhile and finally got the opportunity to check it out! I went for Happy Hour! It was a nice day so I wanted something refreshing to drink…..I ended up with the froze and the seasonal sangria. Both very different but both very tasty! I got the spinach dip and the salmon blt sliders as my hot options. Wow…..they really care about the food quality in this place and it shows! These options were both extremely delicious. I also was craving oysters real bad. I asked the bartender which oysters she preferred and she suggested Sweet Jesus. I ended up getting 6 of those and they definitely were a good choice and hit the spot! I will definitely come visit again because it was a good time!

Make sure to hit up happy hour with 1/2 prices oysters. Sat outside in a lovely evening and had an incredible meal. Driving through town and so glad we stopped. Wedge salad was creamy and delicious and mashed potatoes were real.

I was very pleased with our experience at this restaurant, not only were we able to be seated 15 minutes earlier than our reservation time but the food and drinks came out in a very timely manner. The atmosphere was wonderful and had a very cozy sort of feel, the oysters were fresh and delicious! I highly recommend getting there before happy hour ends as they have an awesome selection of drinks and appetizers, our entrees had just the right amount of food and allowed us room for dessert. The fish we ordered was also fresh and delicious however I do feel a bit more seasoning or salt was needed but other than that it was amazing. Our bill for two came to approximately $97 which included two alcoholic drinks, two appetizers including a half dozen oysters, two entree's and a dessert. This price was far more affordable than even red lobster and very surprising for a seafood restaurant in the given location. I absolutely recommend making a reservation if at all possible.

King Street Oyster Bar is awesome! The vibe there is super cozy and chill. I ordered a dozen Copps Island oysters – they were so fresh and tasty. And I paired them with a Simpsons Did It DIPA, which was a perfect match.

But the real star was the grilled scallops with pasta and lobster meat. Seriously, it was incredible! The scallops were perfectly cooked, and the pasta with lobster meat was so flavorful.

Plus, the service was great, and the atmosphere was cozy. Overall, it's a great spot if you're into seafood and want a laid-back place to hang out.

Stopped in at happy hour for a half dozen house oysters and an espresso martini. Great service! Small place. I met some very interesting people. Not a bad place to be

Their crab legs are bomb, very nice staff, great wine, indoor and out door dining, if you’re a smoker you can smoke outside. Great atmosphere and they play a lot of country music and other good music too.

Wonderful spot in Leesburg. Excellent seafood, chicken, steak, and other options. Of course, the oysters are excellent with an abundance of options to choose from. You'll probably need a reservation during dinner hours as it's quite busy, and understandably so.

one of my favorite places to visit in Leesburg, a reservation is highly recommended. This place is always packed.

If you love oysters, this the place for you! Great craft cocktails too! If oysters are not your thing, there are plenty of other items to choose from. Husband had the fish and fries platter. Was very tasty. Highly recommend and looking forward to my next visit.

Food was good. Service was quick we were in and out. High chairs available for children and they have High top high chairs also. Very small space. You will be very close to the table next to you. But overall good experience. Oyster Rockefeller and charbroil oysters were very good. Shrimp po boy was very small.

Visiting this quaint walkable city, we enjoyed a fantastic seafood dinner. We started with fresh PEI oysters with a variety of sauces. The seared salmon over cauliflower mash with a bright citrus sauce. The seafood pasta had a hearty Cajun style sauce with a little kick. Full of seafood and vegetables. The seabass over sticky rice with spinach has a sweet and tangy sauce that complimented the fish well. Definitely worth a stop if you're in town.

Awesome place, perfect staff, divine food. Make sure you get the Canadian or Prince Edward Island oysters, as they are decidedly superior to anything else. Don’t pay attention to the online reserving a table option. It doesn’t work.

There is no other word to describe this fabulous bar. Since we arrived until we paid the service was perfect. I couldn’t be more happy with the freshness and delicious food flavor. Raw Oysters amazing!!!

On the flip side, the Ahi tuna tacos were so good! The tuna and salmon was seared perfectly and the cucumber wasabi dressing added a nice refreshing flavor with a little kick. Just a wonderful dish! Overall I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

We were seated right away even during peak hours. The waitress was kind and got our orders quickly within happy hour. Great atmosphere, perfect for family & friends.

Although Neythan and I were running almost 30 minutes late for our reservation at King Street Oyster Bar, we came here after we did skydiving at iFLY Loudoun, which was surprisingly amazing. The host didn’t mind waiting for us to show up later than the reservation I originally booked. We both had the Blackberry & the Sweet Jesus half dozen oysters. My friend and I had to ensure that we need to have three oysters each. The oysters at King Street Oyster Bar were amazingly fresh and delicious + the best part my friend and I had at King Street Oyster Bar. Next, Neythan had a chophouse burger and I had a cold lobster roll, which we both enjoyed our meals there. I would definitely love to have oysters there again in the future.

We had been wanting to come here for a while and finally made it! It was as great as we had heard. Friendly, chill back atmosphere. Waiter was helpful when we were deciding what to get. My husband enjoyed the oysters so much he almost ordered more but his fish and chips came out. To say the fish and chips were amazing is an understatement. And the bread pudding was LIFE! We will definitely be coming back for more. The salmon salad was an average salad, dressing was tasty though.

Was greeted! Seated! Food came out pretty fast! We ate appetizers first. Po boys second. The oyster po boy was great! The crab dip was good it just needed more seasoning. Hush puppies was a no for me. I need them to be a littler more sweeter. The host sprayed tables and sprayed my arm and leg. 😅 he apologized. But the overall experience was good. We felt welcomed. The tables were tight though. Little to close to each table. But our waiter was cool. The service was fast!

What a lovely little spot. Great beer selection, great oyster selections, and, if you're not into oysters, there's a vast amount of non oyster options available. I eat here nearly every time I visit Leesburg and I'm never disappointed.

I loved this place! My only regret is that I don't live closer. I had a weekday lunch with 2 friends and had a delightful time. Bloody Mary to start, espresso martini to end, and in between--oysters! Raw oysters and fried oysters! What a great meal! Can't wait to go back!
