My sleep lab MD placed an order for a CPAP machine with Apria. After not hearing anything for 2 months, my sleep lab said I needed to call Apria.
I tried twice (Nov 9, Nov 20) - they did not return my calls. Each call, I waited 15 minutes on hold, then was referred to voice mail. The message stated they would return calls within 2 hours, or no later than noon the next business day. I gave them 11 days - think that should be enough? I went to their office during their stated business hours, the doors were locked. I would avoid this provider! I would also confirm with your MD or sleep lab that they don't either!

I had dealt with Apria in Lexington, Ohio location since 2010. I dropped off a script in September 2020 and was told I would receive my cpap in the mail in about ten days. I returned in December and was told order has been done, called today and was told there is no record. Spoke with Tammy who acted like she could care less and there was no script in my file. DONE! Most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with!

Called them while in Florida about a defective bi-pap machine. Finally got thru to someone and they said the therapist would call in 24 to 48 hrs. A week later called them back because nobody ever called me and again the therapist will call in 24 to 48 hrs. Not to mention out of a 30 min phone call your on hold 25 min of that.

They don't care about the health and safety of their patients, just whether it makes financial sense. They are unwilling to allow insurance companies to buy CPAP machines but will sell them out-of-pocket on ApriaDirect.com.

Save your time (and money) and find another local business to provide your medical equipment needs. I'll pay someone else more to not have to deal with this company. Would have given zero stars but it required at least one to post my review. Too many issues in my efforts to deal with them to list in this review.

I have been waiting for a week for my bench seat for the shower and although I have called twice and have been promised my seat I still haven't seen it. Extremely disappointed and will have to make another call tomorrow.
