I’m neither relative nor friend, I’ve been going there for years, yes they’re there to make money but, they’re extremely helpful, knowledgeable , family run great, nice people! They do have great deals, their Jewelry department is #1 in my family’s book. You won’t get better treatment in any other Pawn Shop. I have pawned stuff on a loan with no problems as well have bought stuff for great deals! I’ve had jewelry repaired, as well as bought jewelry with zero problems they stand behind their word! I’m always in there just to check things out or to have a watch battery changed, never been spoken to any way but very very friendly & helpful, Excellent service Excellent place! Highly recommend!

Gendrons custom made my engagement ring and it is beautiful! They ordered multiple stones for my now husband to choose from and then helped him pick a setting to match. It came out so perfect that I brought old jewelry in to put into a new setting. Not only did all the pieces come out great but the price was fair and the turnover to get my jewelry back was fast! Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

Friendly, family owned and operated business. Had a gold chain resized here with no issues and completion as promised! Was able to use the portion cut from my chain as a small payment towards repair services which i found awesome!! Reasonable pricing and hassle free environment are what will bring me back for sure!

I was looking to purchase some name- brand tools; I Went to Gendron's first because they were the closest to home. Even though their prices were good, I decided to shop around. I visited Several stores as far away as Attelboro, but to no avail--Gendron's was consistently lower than each competitor. Save yourself time and money, shop at Gendron's. I am satisfied with my purchase, you will be too.

Was greeted very nicely and as my jewelry was being looked over he explained the different piles he was making. Jewelry was not taken to a back room. I had a question about the technique he was using and he gladly explained! Another staff was around helping others who came in and each person was greeted with same respect and kindness. Glad I went there and will return.

I have worked with Mark and Gendron's on many occasions! He brought diamonds in for us to pick my updated wedding set and I love it. I brought my son in to design his now wife's engagement ring. Mark again brought several diamonds in for him to choose from and helped design the ring. I highly recommend Gendron's. They all spend time, listen and do remarkable work!

After posting my one-star review, I was contacted by Mr. Gordon Gendron Sr. Who emailed me a heart felt apology for the misunderstanding and even offered to help me with the repair to my wife's engagement ring! Unfortunately I Bent the bale on my charm and was recommended by friends to go here. I met Gordon and he took care of me right away. I am very happy with the repair also. Looks just like the day I buy it, not scratch or cuts in the gold. Afterwards I looked around and noticed they have ALOT different things here.... Nice selection of jewelry and good prices. They even had the jewelry sale today, 50% off! I will be going back in the future and I recommend anyone to do the same, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Very professional.
