The Orange Poppy

I called this shop to have some Lilies delivered to a friend. The woman I spoke with was friendly and very helpful. The flowers are beautiful, delivered in just a couple hours, and it was not over priced. Thank you for making my friends day. I will absolutely be using your services from now on.

I live in Northern MI. and found by chance this wonderful florist shop. I am more than happy with her service, kindness and the beautiful flower arrangement. I will put my faith in, "The Orange Poppy" for all my floral needs ! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤

I have gotten flowers for my wife many times from The Orange Poppy; Ive never have been disappointed and the arrangements have been awesome!

Customer service is incredible especially after placing an order from another state. I ordered the flowers at 11 and they were delivered to the person within an hour time frame. They did exactly what I wanted and helped me pick the flowers out over the phone. I will be using them again and I can’t thank them enough on how professional and awesome they did on the arrangement. Thank you once again.

Wanted to support local business, what a mistake! Set an appointment for pick up of my order because she works between two shops and was told I had to pick up by 1 PM because she had to leave by that time. I was still sitting outside the shop waiting for someone at 1:15, had been there since 12:45. Wasn’t even given the consideration of a call to let me know she was running late. And when I called her, she made me feel like I was bothering her. Once I got home and saw my electronic receipt and realize she overcharged me I called and left a message requesting a call back, never received one. About a week later I drove down to the shop which had the open sign on the door but it was locked, so I called her to see when she was open at that location and she responds with why? So I explained that she overcharged me based on the price she quoted and she started ranting that she never charges that price and she’s not going to be called a liar and hung up! Real fine local business women for you! I’ve been treated better at Walmart! Oh and while I was there picking up my order I purchased an wall hanging that she assured me I could return if it didn’t fit where I was putting it, but now she refuses to. So moral of the story is if you want to support local businesses with integrity and a desire to serve their community, The Orange Poppy is not the place to go!
