Very particular about my hair and who cuts it, who isn't I suppose, growing up in the 70's with lots of hair and all, have always looked for Barbers over 60 years old, mainly because they've seen it all, cut it all and from my experience can do a cut quickly and nearly perfect consistently.
This is what I have found with Judy the owner of Odums Barber Shop in Flagler Beach who is now the only person I trust to consistently give me a 4 on the top and 2 on the sides. She even trims the eyebrows without even asking. Their shop is now air conditioned and as always 2 blocks from the beach.

The barbers do a great job. Short wait times. The best place for a consistent trim in Flagler Beach and Palm Coast. Been coming in for years.

I ALWAYS DRIVE ALL THE WAY FROM CRESCENT CITY TO FLAGLER TO GET A TRIM. HEADING OVER TUESDAY NOV 28th TO GET A JUDY HAIRCUT. MAYBE I SHOULD GET A "COMB OVER" LIKE TRUMP. :) JUDY IS THE BEST. GOD BLESS~~~
