BEST Pollo in town! I will only eat at this one. The staff are pretty great and so are is the manager. Wish I had pics of the food but it always goes down so fast I do t have time lol

First time here and amazing service!! As soon as i finished ordering my food they were already done with making it. On top of that they aren’t greedy about the sauces and will give you as much as you want.

Love the fresh food and the clean environment. The late dine in hours are perfect for me. Special thanks to Stephanie (blond girl) for helping me when other employees were bashing me saying there is no such thing as yellow rice with kids meal. There actually is but they all didn’t know.
I order the kid meal with drumstick, yellow rice, and soda for $7.27 and it’s enough for both my son and I. The rice is soft and perfect for a toddler. My kids have been eating it since they were 9 months. If you are in a rush go to drive thru because the wait for dine in is often more than 10 minutes.

Food was delicious. The cilantro and garlic sauces are a must! The service was good. Missed items from the order we're immediately retrieved and the bag was rechecked and repacked with everything.

Just placed am order for my daughter's high school basketball team at the Kings Academy before their big game tonight. I decided to download the app to place the order. It is the easiest food app I have ever used. I only use a few and I find the Pollo Tropical app to be very simple. I picked up 11 TropiChops and when I arrived the food was all packaged and behind the counter waiting. The food was hot. My daughter said all the orders were accurate and everyone enjoyed their food. What more can you ask for. Good food, great service, friendly staff, clean store. Thank you Royal Palm Pollo Tropical.

I love their grill chicken, rice and black beans. Wholesome and delicious. Family meals are great and inexpensive.

We absolutely love eating here! It's fast and delicious. Plus we can feed a family of 4 for under $30 with great food.

You can't go wrong with Pollo. Awesome food, top-notch customer service, and beyond affordable....what more can anyone ask for....almost literally heaven on earth.

I was in the drive through a couple of days ago and this young man took my order. I'm pretty sure his name was Christian. He had phenomenal customer service. Even better then Chick-fil-A. I was shocked because this experience was the best that I've ever had at a Pollo Tropical in my life. He was friendly, warm, upbeat, outgoing, and had a smile on his face the entire time. I'm still shocked. 10/10 in customer service.

Everything on the menu is great BUT #1 for me is their Cuban sandwich. Most authentic and best tasting Cuban sandwich in the county! When I visit my daughter out of state, she begs me to bring her a Cuban sandwich from Pollo Tropical! LOL!

Food is great just wish it had all its original employees from before the pandemic and the remodeling they just did. We had a really bad experience with one of their employees, Mona, who is the sauce bodyguard I guess. They always say you can have your favorite sauces and as many as you like, to just ask for them. Well Mona just did not want to provide my sister sauces for her food and I needed sauces for my husband's and my food. She said that my sister had gotten enough. Mind you that my sister bought her plate and we bought a whole chicken combo for us to dine some in and take leftovers home. I am a gastric bypass patient and can not drink liquids while eating, therefore I like my food really wet since I am also a sufferer of dry mouth and do not produce enough saliva. And well I like to put different style of sauces to my chicken and beans. So she did not want to give me any sauces and I told her where is there a sign that says there is a limit to the sauces. And she gave me nasty look and spoke Creo and just walked away. My sister asked another worker for the sauces and the other employee gladly handed us as much sauces as we wanted. My husband was mad but did not say anything. I was mad too and just complained at the Pollotropical website where you can leave a complain or a compliment. Have not heard from them either. So I guess they do not care either.

I have been to this Pollo tropical many times. The staff is generally nice and the service is pretty quick. Even with covid and everything else going on I am typically able to get in and out pretty fast. This particular day I went and met a friend of mine for lunch. The tables are clean the restaurant was pretty clean. And it was during the lunch rush as well so the staff was keeping up with everything pretty good. I would definitely be back.

The young male manager who worked the window was awesome. I ordered a large amount of food through post mates. The order was correct, and the young man and his staff were professional, and efficient, through a busy dinner hour. Thank you
