Food was decent. Service good. The clam chowder was delicious and creamy. The expected high quality from east coast establishments.

Great Italian place to eat on the island. Stopped in for a perfect Italian sandwich, big enough to share with another person.

Pro tip, sit in the air condition bar if available.

Great Italian spot on block! Simple but very good and great service. We come every year for my kids birthday dinner. Plus the carousel and ice cream next door are amazing.

Been to Aldo's several times through the years and our experience this week was exceptional. Food was tasty and we didn't have to wait long. Our waitress, Kayla, was wonderful- always smiling and checking in on us. We'll be back again soon with more friends.

Great family place with delicious pizza and Italian dinner staples. Nice atmosphere and reasonable prices relative to Block Island.

Best Italian place I've been to let alone just on Block. I wish I had an Aldos down the street from me in my hometown. This place can't be beat. PS super reasonable pricing too!

Nice vegetarian pizza and great service with smiles. But lot of taxes

My wife has to eat gluten free, so as I sometimes have a few bites of her food to polish it off, I get to taste a lot of GF vs normal crusts. This is, to date, the closest I have ever tasted to the two being the same out of a pizzeria. Not to mention the incredible taste without feeling like a ton of bricks after. If you’re on Block Island and like pizza, give this a shot.

Oh gosh, we'll be back for sure. The fried scallops were the best I've ever tasted, not to say anything about the rest of the delicious seafood on the plate. The fries are full of flavor and lightly crispy and the tartar sauce was uniquely delicious. Almost tasted a little cucumber in there, like it's house made with real house made pickles maybe? Yum!

We also had some spinach pie for an appetizer that was scrumptious too. Really, the food was amazing. 🙌 Til next time.

By far the best Eggplant Parm and sauce I’ve ever had and I get it whenever I try a new restaurant. Sliced super thin with multiple layers that melts in your mouth unlike some places that’s hard to chew. I went back 3 times in one week and had a pizza that was great, I had the veal Parm which was great and the last night there I had the pizza bread WOW, I wish this restaurant was on the main land. Bon appétit !

Wasnt happy with the changed Menu offered where we are staying so we stopped in for a menu to see what they offered and YAHOO! REAL food we were happy with!! Their American and Italian Menu was for EVERYONE, including kids. Their house salad offered the Field Greens, (which we love), cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, croutons and FRESH grated cheese! Majority of other restaurants ONLY offer Specialty Salads. The Chicken Parmesan was tender and delicious. Their Fish Sandwich on a Brioche Bun was toasted just right, was lightly fried (some places over fry) with lettuce and tomato and their French Fries were crispy on the outside and tender inside, not undercooked and limp like other restaurants we tried. They have our business for the rest of our summer instead of where we're staying! 😊

I booked a weekend getaway at Block Island for my boyfriend’s 28th birthday and we had dinner at Aldo’s restaurant to celebrate!

I ordered a delicious ice-cream cake from Aldo’s bakery next door (about 2 weeks prior) and when we arrived I secretly made arrangements with the owner / wait staff to have the cake come out after dinner and it was a huge success.

The chicken & veal parm was excellent, the sauce on the pasta was very flavorful and the fried mozzarella we had for our app was perfectly cooked. We noticed these really funny shirts and purchased 4, 2 in each style to match LOL! The owner was very sweet & treated us just like family. This is a very cute family owned business with great food, nice vibes & great shirts! A must visit for great Italian food on Block Island!

ExBoyfriend and I went for dinner here! Was a wonderful night. Us breaking up had nothing to do with the restaurant. I recommend the seafood pesto pasta. Good wine too!
