I never expected to have such a great place to stay all these years I’m treated like family by the owner Yes it is a low budget place to stay with only a few amenities but it is extremely clean and well maintained

Great place to stay .. clean.. quite and the front desk guy was right there and very nice about where to put our horse trailer. And it's right off the highway.

This is a no frills motel. It is an older building, but it is extremely clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our short little stay. Very quiet!

This was one of my all time go tos I know the owner well so I get the royal treatment but I also am a very clean person so he is always good to me.

At $45 ( taxes + fees included) for a standard double room, it was perfect. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast is not provided, so I made do with the coffee pack that comes standard in the rooms. Be sure to bring your own toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste) - only facial bar soap was provided for my stay. I would stay here again.

I've been here for over a month and it's been great. It's quiet and comfortable. Room are large and clean.

As a business traveller, this small, no frills Budget Inn is perfect. Not far off I77 or I70, location is ideal. Always impeccably clean, very quiet, pleasantly economical, and family run. The owner takes pride in this establishment, you can tell by the detail to upkeep! Bring your own shampoo and hairdryer but everything else is provided. Half the cost of everything else around. I stay here often and look forward to it each time!

If I paid 150 bucks for the room it would get 3 stars....but I paid 55 and I got a clean room,. If you are picky...or have a high maintenance wife or girlfriend...ur not gonna wanna to stay here. If you camp in a tent and ur cool with that...then this place is a 5 star tent.. I would stay here again. That's what ya need to know. Cleaner than most higher end places

Literally a warm place to shower and sleep. No frills, no stress, cozy motel. It may need some updates to freshen up the look; if that's not a deal breaker and you're just driving crosscountry and want a safe place to rest - this place works great!

Quiet & Cozy nice place to disappear from your daily chores and get some much needed rest. Very friendly staff. Some smoking rooms available last of the dying breed. Affordable.

Stayed here several times due to it's proximity to SF State Park. Great price for a nice clean room. Never had any problems with the rooms there. My wife and I have always enjoyed our stays there. Would recommend.

Room and bathroom were very clean. The room was decorated well. The person who checked us in was very polite. Great price for the clean room and quiet location.

This tiny place is amazing. Very respectful and clean. It make my day after long trip from Brooklyn NY definitely will come back sometime in the future!

Clean, quiet room, hot water for my shower, firm yet comfortable bed. Pleasnt staff, great price.

I was leary of cheap small motel but man I was amazed! The owner was friendly, bed comfortable, water got hot, the flooring was grimey looking or feeling and it was QUIET! Definitely will stay again! Restaurants at the next highway exit.

By far in the way the cleanest and most comfortable (flat panel tv) with HBO and a bunch of channels, clean bathroom, friendly staff. Easiest the best value motel room I've stayed in.

Very accommodating super friendly very very clean you will not find a cleaner bang for your buck when it comes to smaller motels then this right here

This is no frills retro but clean. Sleep and go. You wont be ugg'ed out. Owner even came out to help me park my truck and atv trailer in the right spot under a light.
