Garland Hotel

We drove in from the Chicago area to visit friends and couldn’t have had a better stay. This hotel is beautiful and modern with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is so friendly and accommodating.
I initially saw reviews that said there were no elevators, but we stayed on the 5th floor and there are definitely elevators. Thank you Melissa and Garland Hotel staff for a lovely stay!

This hotel is a hidden gem, it is beautiful, the breakfast is excellent , even the food that they have available to microwave in your room is top quality. When i work that way, its the only place to stay. Hopefully the pool will be fixed soon

If I can add more star I will give more, the grand entrance is top notch, the room is similar to one of the rooms in Luxor LV 🤩

Thank you Garland Hotel for having one EV charging unit with connectivity. Or else we had to ask a tow to the nearest charging station at 2am. Decided to check in. Great hotel. Clean and completely renovated. Excellent staff. Great buffet breakfast. This will be our go to hotel on our way to Columbus for business Will definitely come again.

Had my daughter's Bridal shower in the conference room. Pamela was great with arranging accomidations, very friendly, professional and reasonably priced. The Garland Hotel is beautiful, clean and modern with friendly helpful staff. Our Party of 45 people were very comfortable.

Amazing Hotel, had a beautiful view! Bathrooms are amazing, my favorite part is the shower. The hotel room is modernized, one of the best hotels hands down had to come back twice.

What a pleasant surprise this place was. My wife and I were driving late and I saw it sitting up on the hill as we drove by. I called and asked if they had rooms and spoke to one of the nicest ladies on the phone. So we turned around and stayed for the night. Very nice clean rooms with comfortable beds! I was impressed. Can’t go wrong staying here. Excellent friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms.

Wonderful place to stay. Very modern, upbeat decor. Rooms are fantastic! Prices very reasonable.
Only thing we had a problem with this stay is a strange smell in the hallway and the elevator. Very evident and not pleasing.
We will definitely come back.

The lady at front desk was so great that if I didn’t live out of town I would have offered her a job in my own company. The rooms and hotel are hands down one of the best I have ever stayed out. You walk into the hotel and your room and the wow factor is amazing. The young lady at the front desk was so very helpful with anything I asked for

I'm unsure why this hotel has a low star rating. The place is clean, very modern look on the inside but makes it cool. Beds were actually comfortable, shower was amazing (low water pressure, which is important to some people I guess). Pool and spa area has doors that open up onto a beautiful patio and they light fires at night on the patio. Location is off the interstate and not much around it so I understand the location is sub par but if you need a hotel to stay in this area, I'd chose this again!

The hotel is brand new. The front desk is very courtesy. The room has lots of space, great design of bathroom. Mini fridge and microwave with a sitting in bar area. Only minor defect is the AC stays at 76 degrees and won't go down.

We stayed here a couple nights for our trip to The Wilds. I'm a little paranoid about hotels and cleanliness...this hotel was immaculate. I've never left a review before; that's how clean it is. My daughter enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and outside lounge chairs. We watched the little town's fireworks on our balcony. The cleaning people made our bed with my daughter's stuffed animals arranged. She got such a kick out of it. My family was very impressed! I highly recommend this convenient and CLEAN modern hotel. We will be coming back yearly or whenever we visit The Wilds.

My new wife and I spent the second night after our wedding here. We were pleasantly suprised on the hotel. Very modern clean crisp decor. Indoor pool was great. Lived the outdoor seating. We had a wonderful chat with the manager she took the time to show us one of the suites. I'm not one that easily impressed I was blown away by it. Two Queens and a pull out 2 tvs. We're looking forward to bringing the grand kids there for the pool. Wife is planning on a girls weekend there. Thank again for a wonderful stay.

I brought my daughter and her friends for a night to celebrate her birthday. We stayed in the suite and is absolutely gorgeous. The price was amazing and the staff was super friendly. Only downside was the pool and hot tub we're pretty chilly. Other than that we had a blast!!

This hotel is an excellent deal. The rooms are very big and the bathrooms are very nice with walk in showers. Considering this is the only hotel in new Concorde, Ohio. The lack of competition has not translated into a run down hotel. Very clean rooms and easy access to town. Loved our stay.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The rooms smelled clean and the sheets were super soft. The hotel staff was super nice and the cafe area was super clean and neat. Breakfast was nice, warm and inviting. The pool was clean and so was the hot tub. The hot tub could have been a bit warmer. Really good hotel for the price we paid.

So we went to the wilds to celebrate our daughters birthday and found this hotel to stay one night. We got a room with 2 queens and one pull out couch and there was so much room! We were so in love with the trendy decor and cleanliness. Loved it. If we go to the wilds again we will be spending more than one night there!!! I highly highly recommend. Not to mention the deal we got on the room seemed it was too good to be true

For a location that is all alone, the staff is very nice. Hotel itself is brand new. Right off i70 and they have been very accommodating. Room we stayed in is bigger then some apartments and easily was able to accommodate a bigger group. Free breakfast is good and a plus. Great rates too.

Honestly, I am STUNNED this rated a 2 star... From the completely well lit driveway to the hotel, to the staff, the rooms, the location, etc... I have seen 3 stars that couldn't come close to the quality I saw here. I would recommend that if you're in this area, and you want a "quality" hotel, and great service, you totally ignore what the current rating is. This place is absolutely one of the Diamonds In The Rough! Take that advice, and you'll thank me later.. :)
