I was so excited when I drove by and noticed this wonderful place. So far everything we have gotten from Mr.B's has been amazing.The hamburger makes the BEST burgers. The chuck roasts are out of this world. Brats, hotdogs, jerky, bbq beef brisket, bbq pork. OMG all wonderful. Only complaint is I wish I would have known about you sooner. Thank You for the smiling faces, kind service, and amazing product.

Did you know that they will cut you a prime rib roast and season it for you? AND they give you the cooking instructions (follow them, don't doubt, trust what prime rib yoda tells you.) Amazing. Tender and flavorful.

We had a ham for our xmas eve dinner. Everyone raved about it. Had to travel a little out of the way but it was well worth it. They sliced it and tied it back up. Very easy to heat up. I had to give many people directions on where you were located. Great service very friendly staff. Best Ham I ever had! Thanks. I will be back

The atmosphere is always so welcoming. Everyone behind the counter is really great. Anytime I've ever asked the best way to cook something or what kind of cut I should be using, I get informative answers that are extremely helpful. I love the variety packs! Great quality meat and amazing customer service.

The best customer service you’ll find! They catered our wedding and Curt was very communicative! Food was such a hit, it was delicious!!!

Fantastic place! It’s clean and friendly with a great selection of raw and cooked meats. We bought pulled pork, that tasted homemade. The pork chops were delicious and all products were very fairy priced. We highly recommend this store and will definitely be back.

Always enjoy stopping at Mr. Bs every steak is phenomenal I’ve had rib eyes, tenderloin hand cut to my exact specifications. Tried the pork sausage, bacon and bologna all very enjoyable thank you for coming to Hillsboro Wi. G. W.

Wow! So glad I stopped on a whim, I didn’t see ribs in the cases but a very nice salt of the earth man pulled them from the freezer - St Louise ribs, they weren’t smoked yet but they were excellent! I now have a favorite meat place. 30 minutes in my Instapot, so tender and very meaty. Fair prices too.

Started out with a gift certificate and discovered a fabulous meat market. Great selection, fantastic and friendly service. Have been returning every week. A must for everyone to check out.

Amazing meat, even better service! And reasonably priced. I love being able to get my meat cut the way I want it. Their beef snack sticks are to die for!

By far the best meat ever! I cannot go 1 week with out some of their double smoked bacon. I now stop in to buy for friends and co-workers on a regular basis too!
