Aspen Dental has been very easy to work with. They go way out to do the best any Dental company can. They work to please you,what ever it takes. If something come up unexpected they change times to suit YOU THE best you want. Everyone is so nice they all are very friendly.

Aaron was very friendly, professional and helpful. As was Emily! They got my plan drawn up and a referral sent over seamlessly.

So far so good. Went to my first appointment. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Go back in a couple of weeks for some work that needs to be done.

I was treated as though I belonged there. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. From the front desk to the lady that took me back and the Dentist that saw me then to the office manager who treated me as though I were family .It was a great experience and if all goes well I will have teeth by the 17th of January.

I originally went in due to tooth pain, I have a serious fear of the dentist, to the point of shaking and tears. From walking in the door and speaking with the girl at the front desk to meeting the doctor and then speaking with the scheduler/finance manager my anxieties were put at ease. I didn't realize how much my dental health needed to be taken care of. I am so thankful I made the choice to call and get an appointment with this office. I am also now planning to make my children appointments here as well. I want them to get the same great care I got. Thank you so so much! Of course we will be seeing one another a few more times in the near future!

Got 2 teeth pulled today! I hadn't had teeth pulled before and was very nervous. They were great at making me feel comfortable. Also i was in and out in less than a half hour and have little to no pain 12 hours later. The guy that handles billing is AWESOME!! He will take his time explaining everything and getting I the best cost! Will be going back to get fillings in a few weeks.

Best experience I had at a dentist. Hands down 5-star service. I had two interactions with this place before. My first was for my initial new client appointment and at that appointment I interacted with Aaron, Kylee [I think], and Dr. Kaur. Aaron was very helpful in breaking down my benefits and took the time to call my insurance company. Kylee was very professional and kind when doing my x-rays, and I only had a quick moment with her at that first visit, but her first impressions were professional and kind.

My second visit was even better even though I was nervous the whole time. When I checked in, Emily was super kind and informed me every now and then that the doctor is almost finished and would get to me shortly - I appreciated that professional updates. Aaron came out from behind the counter and shook my hand just to greet me - I thought that was over and beyond the call of duty. Then Maycie took me back and was with me during the whole visit and she was absolutely kind and professional. Then Dr. Kaur did her thing and throughout the whole time she was also caring and making sure I was feeling comfortable.

I could go on about each person and give some more details about how amazing they were, but I'll just leave it at this. Again, 5-star experience from start to finish from each of my appointments so far. I will definitely recommend them and I will continue to use them.

The Staffing there is so polite and comforting the one the sits you down and talks about billing and sets up all your appointments Aaron he is so reassuring that the process will be smooth sailing from beginning to end and so far it has....I would definitely recommend them over any dentist in the Marion area for Dentures. I have a severe over bite and I had the Community Center Clinic turned me down and Comfort Dental made me a pair that was so uncomfortable and rough on inside of mouth and would not fix they had to take back. I came here and they have helped me. I would scream from a rooftop if I wasn't scared of heights to run over to Aspen for your Dental Needs. The ladies at counter will also definitely let you talk there ears off if they're not busy lol.

My Denture broke in half, I called my dentist that made my denture and they couldn't get me in until end of next week so they recommended Aspen Dental and said they have a in house lab. I called Aspen Dental and they were able to get me in that day and fix my denture, and I was able to pick it up later in the day. The employees were very friendly and helpful and my denture was repaired and fits perfectly the cost was very reasonable.I highly recommend Aspen Dental Marion Ohio.

They made me feel welcomed. They are great people that make you feel at home.

This was my second time to Aspen Dental. The first was a tooth extraction. The most recent was 2 teeth extraction, but was required by the oral surgeon. I must say that the procedure went quite smoothly, and I was in and out in legitimately 15 minutes. Luckily my pain has also been minimal. They handle billing my insurance and everything.

Fast, friendly, and works hard at answering your questions and requests.
Great place.
I'll definitely go back in the future.
