Went today for the first time due to a painful, and broken tooth. Was able to call, get in, and get it removed all in the same day! Plus had a couple other things done as well! And it was truly the best dentist experience I’ve ever had! I have bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, mostly due to awful bad experiences in the past………but The entire staff here is Super friendly, super informative with everything, and I just absolutely loved them! They truly care about the patient!!! Would def recommend to anybody!!!

I stopped in to see about becoming a new patient with these guys. Unfortunately, they didn't accept both of my insurances so I will most likely go somewhere else. However, I am leaving this review because their customer service skills are exceptional. Alyssa was extremely helpful and helped refer me to another Dentist while also answering additional questions I had knowing I would not be a new patient. If they give that much care and consideration to a non-patient, how well do you think they'll take care of you. I highly recommend these guys on this alone.

I had an urgent dental need and they were able to get me in very quickly. Once I arrived there everyone was very attentive and friendly. I felt valued and not like an inconvenience. This was an A+ experience. I really appreciated the staff and care I received. They definitely won a new patient in me, as I will never be returning to my previous dentist's C service. We had a visit at the Marion office and Dr. Aras was truly wonderful. He showed caring and full attention and the outcome was outstanding. Great chair-side manner and very professional. The staff in this office are wonderful too. Very nice, caring and flexible with scheduling. We will all go back there for our future care and many of our friends and family are doing the same.

The experience I had here is wonderful. Being a nervous patient and not having experience with the dentist was extremely overwhelming, but the kind compassionate care of the staff and Dr. Aras was absolutely amazing! And a special thank you to Christian that made getting my teeth cleaned a not so scary experience! Thank you for giving me my smile and confidence back!

Dr. Aras and his staff are wonderful. I have not been to the dentist in years and he made the experience as easy as possible. I can confidently say this is the best dentist that I have been to. He educated me and told me why he was doing everything as he was doing it. After the appointment he went over hygiene techniques in things I need to do. He was very honest and genuine, as well as informative. They also explained my x-rays and took pictures of my teeth with a hi tech camera and showed me what he was seeing. Would highly recommend Dr. Aras Mortazavi and his staff.

This is the place to go for anyone with anxiety about getting dental work done. Dr. Aras Mortazavi and team worked smoothly and with great patience for my signs of distress, which were not ignored. They stopped, let me calm down and patiently continued. I did not feel like a mouth without a body. They were aware of me the whole time, explaining everything, and asking for my input. Even the staff at the front desk go out of their way to make me feel welcomed, even before Ii was a patient.

Great experience as a new patient. Had two crowns put in by Dr. Aras and also a very thorough cleaning by Kate the Hygienist. Kate showed me how to brush more thoroughly and keep my teeth healthy. Very friendly atmosphere and great service.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting two new dental service providers while at Cross Creek. My new dental hygienist is Ms. Kate and she is remarkable! I have never had such a thorough cleaning. She is gentle, yet gets the job completed successfully. She is knowledgeable and offers helpful dental comments as she works. She is a matter-of-fact and hold no punches hygienist. And yet, she is caring and sincere in her wishes for her clients to have healthy gums and teeth.
I also met Dr. Aras Mortazavi who also seemed kind, understanding, and had a great smile! (something you look for in a dentist).

hated when my dentist retired but I think i have found two really good ones to replace him. Dr Leon and Dr Aras are both gentle, nice, and caring. The entire office staff does a great job of making the visit easier and are friendly. I would and do recommend this place to anyone that needs dental care.

As a person who has a phobia of dentists, I was completely at ease at Cross Creek. The dentist was wonderful and did everything he could to make it a good visit. They made sure I felt no pain, and was comfortable at all times. I would recommend to anyone needing a dentist in Marion.

Great dentist and office staff. Everyone is pleasant and welcoming. Music is good too. Really! I have had several different and complex procedures done by Dr. Leon and would trust him with anything having to do with my teeth. Would strongly recommend this practice.

Missed cleaning in last year, so had teeth cleaned today by Kate. Great experience by very thorough tech. Ended up getting the insurance which will ultimately be a great deal. Appreciate Dr. Leon and the staff. Best dental care I have had in years.

I brought my 4 year old granddaughter in for a filling. Kerry and Dr. Aras was so patient, and gentle with her that she didn’t even need to be numb for the procedure. They explained every instrument, and step they were doing! Everyone in the office was kind and courteous.

What a wonderful experience! We all fear the dentist but Dr. Aras’s style of questions and answers with solid explanations had me feeling comfortable from the moment I sat in the chair. If you need good quality care I highly recommend Dr. Aras.

The best dental care I’ve ever received in my life has been with Dr.Leon. Not only is he enjoyable, light-hearted and manages to make you laugh while working on your teeth, but also he and his staff take quality care of their customers. After filling my cavities he touched up my fillings 4-5 times to make sure that my bite was perfect. He numbed my gums before administering novacaine, so that all of the dental work was 100% painless. I’m prone to cavities and have had a lot of dental work, and the best care I’ve received to date has been under Dr. Leon.

Lastly, he will be honest and open with you in recommending dental work (not try to upsell unnecessarily like other dentists), and will work with you and your insurance to identify the most quality, cost-effective plan.

Absolutely love this place! Dr. Leon has done all of my dental work for the past 5 years, and the staff is completely amazing! Super friendly and compassionate. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
