Edit: This store seems to never be open anymore! So when I try to consign, nothing seems to ever get sold. Total disappointment. This store really WAS amazing. A great place to offload all of your kids gently used items. I hate going to Once Upon A Child. They just don’t pay that well for really nice stuff! However, it seems like I would get about the same kind of return going there and get it up front instead of waiting for it to sell. I hope they can figure out their hours and get this store back on track! Our town needs a store like this!

I really love this store it has great items and I love the concept. However, over the last year there is one associate that is very rude to me every time I come in. I have no idea what I’ve done to her to make her treat me poorly but it’s very unprofessional of her. It’s getting to the point it’s causing me to question whether I go back or not.

Owners dont communicate, wasted my time bringing something in claimed they didnt take it at the moment then when I showed the post and comment on facebook was told I basically wasted my time
