The store manager, Andrew Smith made buying my new IPhone an extremely pleasant experience. He gave us good advice, and was very helpful. He was respectful and friendly. I recommend this store .

This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a phone! I decided to upgrade to the new iPhone and this was the only store that had every model and color in stock for Christmas. I worked with Patrick and he was the most knowledgeable salesman I’ve ever had. He was even patient enough to help find me a new plan that would save me money on my monthly bill! Now that’s customer service!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Andrew, Manager of Verizon Best Wireless, Brecksville Town Center, 7590 Chippewa Road (Route 82) Brecksville, Oh. He is a HUGE asset to Verizon. I stopped in to upgrade my phone and he made it very easy and painless.[ He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and very patient (I am a senior citizen) and explains everything thoroughly (sometimes for me it takes more than once) until he is satisfied that I completely understand. We did run into a snag with the activation of the new phone and he ensured that I was compensated for the time spent without a phone (over 24 hours) because it was due to a glitch at Verizon. I personally witnessed his dealings with several customers while I was there and he was always polite, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the problem was solved I rated Andrew as a 5 above but if I were able I would certainly give him at least a 10 star rating. Verizon is extremely fortunate to have Andrew representing them Thank you Andrew for a job well done.

Patrick and the whole team are great. I feel comfortable going in to get help with my current account, as well as when I need to add to my account. At this Verizon you can really tell they want to help the customers. They take the time to help each customer and make sure they know exactly how the process will go. I really left knowing there were not going to be any surprises on the bill. Most stores don't explain how a new billing account start and here they do. Thanks again

My flip phone died and so called this store and went down to have Patrick look at it. DEAD. So he helped me pick out a new flip phone. Patrick is great to work with...patient, understanding, and explains very well. We put together a nice package, he commissioned the phone, linked it to my car, and explained the Cloud for backing up contacts. The beauty of this phone is contacts back up for FREE, which is all I need. Again, if you want a great store experience, with an owner that knows this technology very well, explains well, and is very approachable, then you need to go and see Patrick for your next cell phone need. Also, if you are a bit old school, want a great phone at a good price, with large screen and operates like your old phone - - with 100 short cuts, FREE cloud, for contacts, and much more - -this is it!

Great experience at this location. First time in a while that I was able to enjoy myself at a Verizon store. Patrick was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in a way that made sense to me. I know that I will have more questions regarding my service and devices and I am confident that they will be able to find a solution for me.

This store is amazing!!! We love them. Stop in and talk to Patrick or Harry, they are both amazing and so helpful. We had Boost and it sucked and they both jumped through hoops and over hurdles to help us get transferred over to their service. This place is seriously amazing!!!

I have recently gotten new phones from here and Kush was very helpful in every way possible. He and the manager went out of their way to make sure we got the best plan, rates and phones for a great price. Kush and Pat are always very helpful they take there time and make sure everything is perfect. I highly recommend them because they truly know what they are doing.

Without a doubt the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Patrick was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend to anyone who’s looking to switch providers or purchase a new device to go see him, he’s the man!

I recently visited the Verizon store in Brecksville and had a great experience!
Patrick helped me update to a new tablet, set up app's on it for ease of use, taught me other features on my phone and tablet that I was unaware of and was professional and super kind. I am a very happy customer, thanks for the help.

Pateick was absolutely astonishing in every way!!! I brought my wife jen in and wanted to add my dad Hershel to our account and save him money on his bill. We ended up all getting new phones when we only came in for my wife’s dad. Patrick was very thorough and let us know about the many different promotions that were running! I own a coffee shop and understand how great that good customer service goes I will always come back to this location and see Patrick!!!

Highly recommend this location. I had an older model iphone brick itself on friday and was able to get the first appointment on Saturday (due to my schedule) to get a replacement.

Worked with kush who was fantastic, answered all of my questions and made great suggestions regarding a replacement that would fit my needs. Kush admitted several times that he was new and he double checked his work several times to ensure everything was correct before finalizing the transaction. He was also great with my 3 year old who was very curious about the entire process and answered questions regarding accessories for my wife's phone even though she is with another carrier.

The location was very busy, and we arrived 2 minutes before opening. We reserved an appointment online the night before and we were seen immediately upon entering the store which was amazing given that we had a small child in tow!

Really can't offer enough positive feedback regarding the location and highly recommend kush and his attention to detail!

Harry and Patrick are the best. Very knowledgeable and they go above and beyond in customer service. Pricing is much better than T Mobile so is phone. If you want a great deal and customer service go see my guys.

Excellent customer service! Usually takes a long time to purchase a phone and go through the process, they know their stuff and it was a quick, understandable process. I recommend them over the large Corp stores!!

Kush did an excellent job! Were saving lots of money every month. Great customer service. We plan to come back soon. Best in town!
