The best customer service.

I placed an order in November for a pull over V neck. It was impossible to check my order status. By December 10th, Galls had attempted to charge my credit card 3 times. I received no updates. And the original confirmation had no information on how to track the order or get into contact with Galls. The only reason I am giving a 3 star rating is because the representative I finally managed to get ahold of was very helpful and professional.

I walk in the store looking for blue pants for work (private ambulance) staff was friendly however was not interested in making a sale. I told them I was looking for law pro pants or similar. Their response was go online without even telling me what pants they might have in stock that could meet my needs then the person walk away.

Ordered pants last night (8/15) that the website claimed we're in stock and would ship within 24 hours. I then get an email this am saying an estimated ship date of 9/14... Almost a month longer. When called Galls claimed the order was "too far in the shipping process to cancel". How this company hasn't been shut down for fraud is beyond me.
