I REALLY like this Walgreens. And I have been to many in the Pensacola area. Great customer service AND they give you a paper receipt with curbside pick up- without having to ask for one! Today the employee working the photo counter took extra care to make sure my bag was sturdy by throwing in a staple or two. Simple kindness.

Great service. Sam from pharmacy was extremely helpful tonight. She offered an extra flavoring to be added to my 2 year olds antibiotic. This made it so much easier to give her this medication, as it usually taste horrible. Will be returning in the future.

Was in desperate need of a 9V battery as the fire alarm wouldn’t quit beeping and no where in Pensacola is open. So I called the pace Walgreens at 10:30pm and a lovely woman answered the phone and informed me they did have 9V batteries and they close at 11. We get there and as we’re walking in the same woman goes oh you guys are here for the batteries and we say yes ma’am then she walks us in and tells us the location in the store, location on the shelf, and the different brands they had. She is by far the nicest Walgreens employee I have ever met and I could not be more sad I didn’t catch her name. 10/10 customer service and I hope she knows how wonderful she is!!

I wanted to pass on commendation to Rhea, in the photo lab. She was checking out a former employee who proceeded to call Kathleen, the manager, derogatory names. Rhea did not engage or encourage continuing the conversation but instead finished checking him out and allowed the customer to leave. Other customers heard the conversation and were happy to hear Rhea praised Kathleen for being a good manager regardless what the disgruntled employee said. Working well together with your coworkers is and should be the corner of Happy & Healthy. Rhea should be appreciated for doing her part to maintain a healthy work environment.

My daughter drinks Walgreens protein drinks for health issues. Store manager Pepe very helpful in seeing my daughter get these nutrition drinks

Pharmacy. If you've been in one Walgreens you've seen them all...Except the staff. The people in this Walgreens showed to me and others I saw there, a complete dedication to full service and a desired to make every customer's day better. Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take whatever time was needed with every customer.

Pleasant and timely customer service.

The pharmacy personnel were so great and patient with me and the confusion created by the doctor's office. The office had sent the script to the wrong pharmacy. Pace Walgreens staff got everything straightened out and my medicine refilled. They went above and beyond w this!!!
