Best Western Plus Dutch Haus Inn and Suites

We stay here every August and October for shaker in the woods and Christmas in the woods. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They will make your stay enjoyable. Great location with the very good restaurant next door. Amy is a great asset to the motel. She remembers us every year. I don’t write reviews but this is the best place I’ve stayed in all my travels. The breakfast is always great with a chef that has been there for 22 years.

It was great! The hotel definitely had the most unique feel of any hotel I've ever been to, making it the most memorable. The room was clean, staff was polite, breakfast was tasty, the hotel just smelled good. The purpose of my visit was niche, but this hotel only added so much value to it.

I'm sad that it got bought out by best Western but it's still a beautiful little hotel in an ideal location for visiting family in the smaller towns. The staff is still very friendly and the building is always clean and well maintained. It's great that they added a coffee shop in the lobby. The pool has never been closed when I have been here and it's always clean. Just a short walk away from the Dutch haus resteraunt as well as a handful of beautiful little shops.

We just had our wedding here in the legacy room and stayed 2 nights in the legacy suite. The whole experience was amazing. Special thanks to Callie, the events coordinator. Hands down she was unbelievable. Call Callie if you're looking to have the perfect venue and experience. Thank you to Brenda and Tina, too. Highly recommended.

This place is hands down the nicest hotel I've stayed at. Pool is clean. Rooms are very nice. Close to stores and restaurants. They have a full breakfast every morning for free and great coffee all day long that is free. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice rooms, clean, friendly staff, pool was a little cold, hot tub was nice. Great breakfast for a hotel , very fresh, variety, clean eating area. Would stay again anytime.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels for business and leisure in large cities and remote locations. Nothing compares with this Best Western. Lounge areas with comfortable seating and fireplace on every level. Wide hallways with seating outside rooms. The best self-serve breakfast (the chef has been here 21 years and knows what tastes good). The rooms are very large with great beds, fridge, microwave, etc. I could say much more, but you have to see this to believe it.

Very nice property. Unique interior is spacious, open and well decorated. Rooms are very large with huge bath and separate vanity area. Large variety of soaps and cosmetic items. Breakfast area is large and spacious. Lots of space between tables makes for comfortable conversation. Wide selection of food and drink items. Breakfast staff was very friendly and perky. Easy to find.
We did have some confusion with our reservation and the hotel staff was a great help. The initial reservation was through Best Western's 1-800 number that wanted $100 more per night than the hotel's price. Thanks to this property's staff for helping us out.

I am from Texas and ufortunately my truck broke down and I had to stay in a motel room. Got in late to this hotel and was greeted by one of the most friendly face of the day. Was grateful for such a nice room and comfortable bed. This place was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Excellent breakfast and excellent coffee. My only regret was not being able to enjoy my stay longer. Definitely a unique Best Western. Thanks for doing such a great job.

My husband & I planned an unconventional getaway & Best Western Dutch Haus Inn did not disappoint! We rented a room with the Valentines deal- the price was perfect as were the accommodations! Autumn was at the front desk & was so friendly. She told us there was a little surprise for Valentines Day in our room- a red rose & box of chocolates! There was a nice big size king bed, clean room & off we went to the pool/hot tub- which was so refreshing! Multiple staffers came in to check on towel stock & guest interest in turning the heat up slightly in the pool. They were really on the ball! We were unable to stay overnight as our 8mo twins needed assistance, but we all came back the next morning for breakfast (bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes, fruit, waffles, various breads/cereals, juices- holy selection!) & to take the girls swimming. I can’t remember the lady’s name when we checked out, but she provided us with some bathroom toiletries (they even had some little swimmers for babies just in case- how thoughtful!) I forgot & was also very pleasant! All in all, a very relaxing (short) stay- but still, just what we needed! Thank you for your hospitality & we will certainly be back!!

Clean, bright, and nice decor. All the employees I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Everyone had a smile! I was here for a dinner theater event and I would definitely come again. Everything is planned to give the guest the best experience possible!

This place is super nice. Great hot breakfast - like restaurant quality breakfast. It's super clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The hot tub is legitimately hot. The coffee kiosk on the first floor is delicious. Loved it. I'll gladly stay here again when I'm out here visiting my friends.

My wife and I have stayed in many hotels around the country and this one is near the top of our list. The hotel is clean and has a new feeling, with an old fashioned atmosphere. The staff is very courteous. We have stayed here twice, a week at a time, and we have enjoyed every night. There is a nice indoor pool and a full complimentary breakfast bar. Better accomodations than some higher end hotels we have stayed at, and for less money.

It was a quiet Sunday afternoon and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The gorgeous suite was a steel at the special $79 for any room from March 4 to April 4, the reservation staff was quick to tell us about two nights before. The gorgeous room had a gas log fireplace and a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Everything was perfect except for the toilet hidden directly behind the bathroom door... very poorly designed. But that didn't ruin our otherwise wonderful experience. Delicious hot and cold breakfast options in the morning, too.

We’ve paid twice as much to stay places half has nice. This was genuinely a great experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. From a COVID perspective, everything was incredibly clean and lots of precautions were taken.

There’s an indoor pool, so you can swim here year round. Other amenities include a small workout room, a small office, and complimentary breakfast. There’s also a little coffee shop with a barista open in the lobby that is open in the morning, which was an unexpected perk.

We were staying for a few days during a slow time, so we splurged for one of the suites and it was well worth it. With two kids and two adults, it was nice to have the separate rooms, both for night time and naps, and the jacuzzi bathtub was a delight. Three total sinks and two vanity surfaces also came in handy. A bit more expensive than a standard room, but definitely much more comfortable and a worthwhile upgrade if you are debating it.

Very warm atmosphere! They have everything I need; laundry, office, cozy room, nice breakfast, close by a local Dutch resturant (which was amazing). Staff has been so nice, coffee bar tasty and some pottery for sale I will certainly buy before I head home! Best hotel I've been to in these last 8 months and due to work, I've been in many!

Spent our wedding night in the grand suite, which they had upgraded for us as a surprise. What a beautiful room we had and a beautifully decorated hotel. Love the Dutch/Amish decor. The service was beyond what I expected and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hot breakfast was delicious.

I just had my wedding here. And I couldn’t have picked a better venue! You can get married on the premises, and then have the reception inside. Everyone was so extremely helpful and wanted the day to go just right for us. It is such a welcoming place! They only want to please. Everything I asked, I always got a “yes”. Kelly and Erich helped us in so many ways just figuring out how to even organize a wedding. Not one single thing went wrong, and we both couldn’t have been happier.

The on site caterer, is amazing, all the food she makes is amazing and it was so hard to narrow down the menu.

My husband and I would recommend this place to anyone. Our goal now is every anniversary is to now stay there and take advantage of the apartment suite! Truly very spacious and just so warming!

We had a baby shower here in the Legacy room on May 1st 2021. They did a wonderful job. Food was great and service was awesome. The room looked beautiful. Definitely recommend.
