Mike and his crew were able to diagnose an electrical problem for me that no one else could. They are truly the best around. Not only did they preform an excellent job, but repairs came in below what we were expecting price wise. Do not hesitate to call.

Mike is busy which is good. Being in the automotive industry for 25 years believe Mike is fair in pricing and service. If something does go wrong and they will eventually because some customers come in with a noise and the tech finds a noise in three places fixes 2 of them however not the noise the person hears, people get upset. However, Mike has tried to fix the problem being as customer friendly as possible.

We had our daughters car towed to Mike’s Automotive on a Friday afternoon with a busted axel, ball joint and front arm assembly. They were very honest and upfront about cost and the possibility of not getting it back until the following week. To our surprise we got a call within 4 hours saying our vehicle was done and ready for pick up! I would highly recommend this shop! We are very pleased with the honesty, quality and quick service!

Mike gave me some of his time to diagnose a problem, and when running a business time is money. Ended up he told me it probably wasn't something to be worried about even knowing I was driving 1000 miles in a few days and was willing to throw money at it. That is integrity in my book.

Took my 94 Lesabre in with the engine running a little rough. Some kind of a nock coming from the transmission. Looks like I've found my new mechanic to work on my cars. Just moved back to the Heights after being gone since 1988. The picture of the car was from the shop I went to in Florida.

Mike has for over a decade taken care of my vehicles. Ranging from my 1st car to my Cadillac. He has always been honest and treated me respectfully while cutting through the list of fake problems other mechanics have listed on my car all the while never overcharging me. He treats everyone equally and fairly regardless of gender or age. I cannot recommend him and his team enough.

I came across Mike's by doing a Google search and they were the only ones open at the time I needed immediate service. I called and asked if he could take my car in at last minute since my cars check engine light had just started flashing. He told me to come drop it off and he'd take a look at it. The receptionist called me later in the day to go over details. She was very kind, sweet and took the time to answer all of my questions. I had a great experience working with this shop and will gladly use them and refer them for future services. I felt the need to write this review not only because of the pleasant experience I had but also because I read their reviews and saw a few ladies feeling discriminated against, I am a woman and did not feel taken advantage of in the least. Mike's Automotive is excellent. Fair, honest, and reasonably priced repairs. I took my Ford F250 pickup there (many places can't handle the big trucks - but Mike's can) after having a bad experience at another place. Mike's only replaced the parts that actually needed to be replaced and did it quickly and at a reasonable price. I went to them based on a recommendation and now they will have all my future business for my vehicles - oil changes, brake work, repair work, etc. I highly recommend them.

Went to another mechanic for an oil change , and when I picked up my car they advised me that I needed my rear brakes changed as soon as possible as they were low and starting to grind. I was taking a trip out of state the next day, and Mike was able to fit my repair in in the morning before I left. He looked at my car and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes besides a little dirt and if another mechanic said there was something wrong, he was just trying to upsell me products. Honesty and integrity mean a lot for a business, and the fact that Mike and his shop uphold this is awesome. Would definitely return and recommend others go here. Thanks again Mike!

I have a fleet of vehicles that Mike's Automotive has been taking care of for years. I just want to say their prices are very reasonable and their service is great. If one of my trucks is down they try to get done as soon as possible so I can get that truck back on the road. I can get anything from an oil change to a major repair done timely. Honest, trustworthy, will work with your budget and only recommend what is needed. Do you need to know anything else? I, my entire family (9 of us), and alot if my friends all only trust Mike. Some times there is a wait. But you have to wait for good things right? Lol

Mikes automotive is a top self service center, and alignment shop.. I have been there 3 times to have alignments done on my BMW, Mustang, and Infiniti, with the same result each time, a perfect alignment at a great price!! Mike was great and his staff took care of what needed done to my vehicles. Thanks a bunch!

Great outcomes! I would recommend this business to anyone I know! Been going here for years. Accurately diagnoses and fixes the problem. No one wants to spend money for car repairs but it's a guarantee that over time, cars break down. If you have to spend money on a car repair take it to Mikes to get it done right! Mikes Automotive on Brandt Pike is amazing! My family and friends use Mikes when we are unable or unwilling to fix our own vehicles. Mike is extremely pleasant, honest, forthright, and ethical.
