We had a great experience visiting Skates U.S. to fit my daughter for her first pair of Edea boots. The staff is very friendly, and Josh was so informative and provided us with a great deal of education about her skates. Highly recommend.

I'm very very pleased with the communication, customer service, and amazing quality of the sharpening of my new blades. I've had multiple blades ruined by techs who just don't care. I tried out my new blades today and never felt so secure and solid. I've been For 4 years and have had many sharpenings and by far this place has given me the best sharpening ever. I feel like I have to mail my skates out from Los Angeles to them just for my next sharpening. thank you so much for your expertise.

Trace your feet and send it snail mail. They will send you a boot. If it doesn't fit, they will send you the next size. You send the boots back and have them mounted. Customer service is the best I've ever had. Also, best skate I've ever owned. Can't say enough.

This is a fun bunch of people. Not only did they help with what I needed (skate stretching), but they taught me some about getting a better fit/life out of my skates. Josh is pretty great there!

The first time that I went to Skates US, I was fitted incorrectly with a boot that was a few sizes too long and way too narrow. The boots caused me a lot of pain and broke down pretty quickly. However, I reached out to them about the issues I was having and they offered to replace my skates for free because of their error. I really appreciated this. Elizabeth took her time to make sure that I had the correct size and molded the skate to make sure it didn’t cause my foot any pain. She was very helpful and knowledgable. Thank you Skates US for making things right!

Bought two pair of EDEA Laces. The correct laces were sent in a timely fashion but they were shipped in a small box via UPS and cost $15.10 for shipping. Ouch. Seems like a waste of packaging material when a small envelope would have been fine and less expensive via USPS.
