Artesia Inn - No Service Fees

Second time I’ve stayed here for work and absolutely enjoyed it. Rooms were always nice and clean, as well as the bathrooms.

Excellent management, communicate the cost and give you a call if something comes up.

I was a little skeptical when I first reserved a room at this location, but when I arrived and got settled in, I was pleasantly surprised at how well kept the rooms were. Very quiet location. I had traveled from Wichita Kansas to view the Solar Eclipse and many other nearby hotels were sold out. Artesia Inn was one of the only locations that had rooms available and I have to say, I really enjoyed my stay.

Over all this this "inn", place is a great over all place It was extra clean, carpet is nice, the air conditioning system blows outs in fan mode: keeps it actually cold in cold mode quickly too and heats up perfectly on heat mode, I gotta say been to multiple hotels and motels none work as great as this one, they have a little area on the middle which makes feel like a mini park as least the scenery is also nice, love it , as well as the front desk male was nice enough to wait and look out for my items for me to get ALL my items and put them in my room, I'm more then happy for the assistants of watching my stuff.

This delightful and modest getaway was the perfect stopping point on our way to Carlsbad Caverns.

Booking was very easy, checking in was very easy, it's clear that the rooms are starting to be renovated and I look forward to seeing what they look like. Service was friendly, couldn't hear a single thing outside of my room, and felt very safe.

Overall, I definitely recommend if you're in need of an Inn in Southern NM.

Very clean room, nice amenities, microwave, mini fridge, nice dressers, the bathroom is very clean, no dust in sight on the furniture, no bed bugs (we ALWAYS check), the room smelled nice when we walked in. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, grounds are clean and not trashy. We would stay here again. Bed was comfortable, the ac worked GREAT and is updated. No complaints. I’m always skeptical of motels vs. hotels but we paid $67 on the weekend of mother’s day, so great price and great stay.

Great place to stay. Very Economical alternative to staying in Carlsbad. Staff is very guest friendly. My needs and special requests were taken care of immediately by them. Very cozy rooms. Rooms are Kept clean and orderly. Has ease of access and truck parking.

Cozy place for my extended stay. Reasonably priced considering the high prices in Carlsbad NM, which is closer to my work. Staff here is very helpful, courteous and the room is always clean. For the price & service, a 35 minute drive is worth the benefits.

I don't know what motel the one person stayed at that talked about elevator noises and all the other things he heard plus a breakfast??? It was not at the Artesia Inn as they do not have an elevator and do not offer a breakfast. We stay at the Artesia Inn once a year, every year. Have always enjoyed our time there. The room is always clean, the staff is great. We do miss Velma... Hopefully, the staff will keep it upbeat and going the way she wanted it done as she smiles down upon them... Will continue to stay there until the cleanliness and friendliness goes down hill.

Loved it from the first step in the door. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Windows that actually open, no bed bugs, the TV is cool, I'm gonna leave a review like Siskel and Ebert...

Everyone was extremely helpful. Rooms have mini fridges,microwaves,coffee makers with coffee,creamer and sugar or sugar substitute. Coffee cups,drinking cups and ice bucket. There's a pool that's open til 10:30pm.

Great place to stay 2nd time I stayed and would recommend this to anyone. Clean rooms with nice bath. Personally of owners and staff two thumbs UP

Clean room with all modern conveniences. We love motels where you can park right outside your room and walk in your door.

I DID NOT STAY AT THE INN, BUT THE MANAGER IS VERY GENEROUS. THEY ARE REPLACING THEIR OLD FURNITURE WITH NEW. REALLY UPDATING AND THEY HELPED TWO HOMELESS GENTLEMAN WITH FURNITURE FOR THEIR APARTMENT. GOD BLESS ARTESIA INN.

Very good place to stay warm beds friendly people not to much noise and right next to a great restaurant

Clean room. Clean sheets. Friendly staff. They are also dog friendly. I’d stay here again.
