Donatos Pizza

I had a miscommunication with a delivery driver that could’ve created a big problem for the evening, but the manager tonight solved the issue in less than 2 minutes and my pizza arrived safe and sound. Wonderful, polite, and helpful staff! This is why we love this location

Always quiet and clean. Pizza is always good. Last visit I think I got to meet the new manager and she's great! Very nice and happy, quick too!

Just a heads up, they no longer provide fountain drinks. They have some Pepsi products in the fridge which I don't mind. The restroom is for customers only but I have seen someone turned away for not being a dine-in customer which the signs make no mention of.

I just picked up pizza and the gal working the register made the visit (Ashton) was so pleasant. You can tell she really loves her job. It’s a nice change from the typical I faction of a fast food place. Give this girl a raise.

This individual Very Vegy thin pizza was perfect! Many times pizza could get salty, but this was not the case. The 5pc side tub roasted garlic traditional wings with ranch were flavorful to the point that I didn't even use the ranch sauce. They were literally falling off the bones!!

Great service! The staff tonight was top-tier! I messed up my order and they were extremely empathetic and helpful. The lady that handled the register was fantastic! I’ll be back just because of the service I received here tonight. Thank you!

Service was phenomenal ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ would recommend for sure. Food was fresh and hot. I have been going to donatos for many years and this visit by far the best experience I have had!! Wow! Was very impressed with the crew after their POS system went down this evening. They were limited in what they could do but they put the customer first and allowed me to enjoy my pizza! Thank you

Best fast food pizza chain in the city. Slightly pricey but worth it every time. Perfectly balanced and seasoned pizza cannot be beat.

Quick and pleasant service! We are travelling and do not have a Donatos where we live. The cashier was patient and pleasant while we read through the menu and chose our orders. Food was made quickly and served hot. We will definitely be stopping back as we make regular trips through this area!

Went in today and got pizza to take home for dinner. I was greeted by a nice young man that offered plates etc etc and gave the kids cookies. Came home, dinner was delicious! Thank you guys gal and guys for working and making my life a bit easier tonight.

I now live in Atlanta, 10 years now and l9ve coming back home to eat my hometown favorites. I love Donatos.

I haven't had donatos pizza for awhile and it was delicious. 😊The next day i ordered another pizza just cheese. To my surprise it wasn't as good as the first day.😞 It made me feel sick. I love this place.

Been eating the pepperoni pizza here for close to 30 years, always pick one up when I’m back in town

Well first the ordering experience was awesome. The phone was picked up within two rings, my order was placed within 3 minutes the guy was friendly, courteous and professional.

Everytime my kids and I go our food is well made, fresh, and delicious. Each person I've encountered there has marvelous customer service.
