Despite being extremely busy, I was treated well and the line went pretty quickly. Everyone was kind and willing to help. They went out of their way to find what I was looking for. I would definitely shop there again.

Always have a positive experience here. The staff members are nice and the store is always clean. Worst part about this store is trying to find parking.

My favorite jacket that I had bought a few months ago ripped in the dryer. I had followed the instructions, and the seams still split apart, so I brought it back to the store to see what they could do. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what the policy was and thought for sure I was out a $200 jacket. Emma, was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She exchanged my ripped jacket for a new one, and even suggested some other ways of washing and drying to keep it from happening again. I have always loved the Beavercreek location due to the wonderful customer service, but this completely sent me over the moon. Thank you so much!

My first time going in to this store and the staff were amazing! The girl who helped me was very knowledgeable on their products and helped me pick out some great stuff. I have recently lost a lot of weight and was unaware of what sizes I would be in most things there. She listened to everything I had to say and gave suggestions based on my needs. I do a lot of running and the sports bra and leggings she picked out are great for that. Lots of support but still comfortable. I will definitely be returning!!

Everyone at this store is always super warm and inviting every time I visit! Most of them recognize me and ask about my family, which makes me feel like they really care. When I first began going in, I was extremely self-conscious and concerned about wearing their clothing, but they were encouraging, upbeat, and helped me see the best in myself, as well as provide me with clothing that fit and made me feel confident for workouts of all varieties. You get what you pay for, and with this store, you might even make a friend or two in the process -- even better!

Went in Dec 26, and the store was packed. A store employee, Andrew, went out of his way to help me out. I went in thinking I was just going to return something, but andrew told me so much about the clothes that I had no idea about that I ended up purchasing two extra pairs of pants and a couple dress shirts. I am so happy with my purchase, and hope to see Andrew again at this store.

I am from Oregon, visiting to help while a family member was very ill. We have a lululemon where I am from, but the service here far exceeds my regular store. The manager Elise is amazingly kind and knowledgeable. She was encouraging and full of ideas for yoga in the local area. Thank you Elise for kindness and comforting words. I'm grateful. God bless. Stopped by Lululemon at the Greene last weekend. All the staff were so friendly and helped me with finding the exact pair of leggings I came in for. Fabulous customer service here!

Everybody at Lululemon at the Greene is awesome I called and asked if I could have their small bags for a cheer comp for my daughter for their goodie bags and they did not hesitate and they basically donated 28 bags just awesome they are really great people they promote positive living and that's exactly what I'm trying to do with my girls for cheer

Warm and helpful educators that always seem genuinely interested in making sure that you not only find what you want, but find what works for how you sweat. Usually has a pretty decent selection of sizes and styles.

All of the employees were kind and helpful in my trip. Will gladly be back soon!

The nicest, most helpful staff of any Lululemon I've been to. They really listen to your needs, and find the right thing for you.
