It's not a bad place to live they've cleaned up a lot plus there's a lot of new trailers you just got to watch out for the tattletales. Especially since they're the ones that are doing bad since they're doing the bad and they want to cover the room but but if you stay to yourself you are okay

Ive lived in the park since 2016. Love living here. It is very affordable for a single parent. The park is clean, quiet, an neighbors are wonderful. The manager is amazing.... She gets involved with her tenants to help better accommodate their needs as well as a better community for all residents. She goes above an beyond for our kiddos just to put a smile on their face, with all the festive holiday cheer she spreads throughout our park. You couldn't ask for a better manager or living experience. Big shout out to Carole.

I live at park since 1995 .Nice affordable place to live .raised all 4 of kids there .Neighbors and Mangement understanding and help with my special needs adult children. Only complain driveway not in the best shape..

I was only there for a few minutes. I was with a family member looking at a mobile home for sale. The place seems to be pretty decent. Quiet in the area we were in. Seemed nice. If it's not! I will update this comment at a later time...
