Found a used UTV I was interested in on Valley ATV's website and called and spoke with Steven. Met him up there the next day (beautiful location) and was able to take a test drive up a dirt road with a significant incline/decline which really helped get a feel for the unit. I noticed the engine was missing a bit and Steven took it right over to their service guys who diagnosed fowled spark plugs and fixed it right away. Even did a compression test to ensure there wasn't another issue. Got a second test drive and it was perfect. All that and they worked with me on the price, plus NO EXTRA FEES! Just tax and title. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and accomodating. Could not have had a better experience and will definitely use them going forward. Great place.

The folks at Valley Atv are so nice, so understanding. They go beyond the call to help you get everything thing you dream of.My husband isnt healthy with Parkinson's n Dementia these folks i just cant express how kind they were at helping him. I cant say thank you enough to them.

Excellent place! Very knowledgeable staff and willing to spend the time with you to help explain anything you need to know. Have dealt with them since I started riding, they have helped me countless times.

Place was pretty busy but I did my purchase over the phone. Took a little while longer than I wanted but they had all of my accessories that I wanted in stock overall I'm very happy.

They did an excellent and affordable job on our SxS.

Had our turbo sxs go down. These fellas were swamped in work. They got to it in under a month we had it back. Unfortunately it took a new motor so it was a bit pricey, but worth it.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone treats you like family when you're there and sometimes when I don't have much going on I stop in just to catch up and see what's new and they always make time for you. The couple purchases I have made there I have been very happy with and the process was fast and easy.
