Jenna was incredible to work with! She knew exactly what I was looking for and really heard what I wanted. The FIRST dress she had pulled was EXACTLY what I was going for and after trying on a few other gorgeous options I ended up going with her first pick! I’m so grateful to have met and connected with such a wonderful consultant. Luxe is also such a gorgeous shop with a fabulous bridal vibe. I love the fact that you get your own space for your friends and family to all be in the same room with you and not have to share the space with other brides during your appointment! It truly makes your time special and doesn’t feel like any other regular shopping experience. Makes you feel like the day is about YOU and your once in a lifetime special moment. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!

Luxe Redux was my first and only stop for dress shopping, every brides dream. They were kinda and accommodating from the start. Fiona was my stylist for the day and went above and beyond during my appointment. She listened to every detail I pointed out I liked or didn’t like to pick out the perfect dress. By the end of the appointment she had picked out the most beautiful dress that felt like it was made just for me. I walked out with my dream dress, veil and some extra goodies. And their prices are unbeatable! I wish I could invite Fiona to my wedding in FL she did such an amazing job lol. I will recommend Luxe Redux to every bride I know!

I am so happy I chose Luxe Redux Bridal to shop for my wedding dress! The whole experience from the day I booked my appointment until the day of was more than I could have expected. I was able to send them my inspo photos so the day of they already had an idea of what styles to recommend. Fiona was my stylist and she was so amazing! She picked out the most beautiful gowns and made me feel like a Queen. The very FIRST dress I tried on was the ONE! She truly made the day extra special for this lucky bride and her crew!

I just said YES to my dress at Luxe Redux Bridal in Cincinnati! This was my first bridal store and thanks to Margo I found THE DRESS OF MY DREAMS! She was so wonderful and attentive. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. They are also very affordable! I would recommend to any bride still on the hunt for the dress for their big day! Definitely a one of a kind experience. She picked absolutely gorgeous dresses, and even though I ended up saying yes at my next appointment, these were close contenders! This was the most amazing experience. I felt so comfortable, even with this being the first (and best) place I went to. Jenna was SO knowledgeable, kind, comforting, and encouraging. The dresses were pristine and high quality (no make up stains or sweat-smelling like other competitors). The staff did not make me feel rushed nor did I feel pressured to make a decision. Fiona took one look at me and was able to find the dress of my dreams, and I have to say that before going to her, I was having the WORST experience but after her, my entire day was PERFECT!! Delaney helped me at Luxe Redux, and she was great! My sister and I had made an appointment to look at dresses without my mom, just to get a feel for what I was looking for. We then later came back with my mom and pretended we had never been there, and Delaney was great at playing along.
This place is a nice intimate little bridal shop with a large variety of dress styles. I found a beautiful dress that I felt was unique to me! However, it was a little more than I was wanting to spend.

My experience at Luxe Redux Bridal was nothing short of perfect! This was my first (and last) time shopping for my wedding dress and Jenna was absolutely incredible! She made me feel so comfortable and listened to everything I had to say when it came to styles and what I liked or disliked about each dress we tried. I had heard so many negative things about wedding dress shopping prior to my appointment and Jenna proved every single one of them wrong. The dresses I tried, but didn’t love still made me feel beautiful! She also stayed within my budget and has an EYE for size. The dress I said yes to, fits me so well and made me feel more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. She also took note when I tried on MY dress, that it was the only one I said I “loved” right off the bat and revealed that later when I tried it on again. She was incredibly kind, and thoughtful.
I went back to Luxe Redux 2 days later to buy my dress and even though Jenna was sadly not there, I received wonderful and accommodating service from the only employee there that was managing one appointment, and a walk in while also trying to find my dress, let me try it on again before I walked out, double bagged it because my fiancé was in the car and get me through the steps to walk out with my dress. I felt no feelings of judgment from anyone I have encountered in that location, they have all been incredibly sweet, supportive and accommodating. Thank you again Jenna! It was so fun working with you!

My experience at Luxe Redux was perfect. Margo knew exactly what I was looking for and she fit right in with me and my group, so it was a great experience! Margo was so excited that I was interested in a black wedding dress, and even though I decided against it simply because of the ball gown shape, she fulfilled my Helena dreams. I tried on 5 dresses in all and walked away with *the one*, selected by Margo.

I cannot say enough good things about Luxe Redux! I truly felt like a princess the entire day and I felt so beautiful. I had Margo as my stylist and she was the most perfect person EVER! I absolutely adore her for how fun, easy, and enjoyable she made finding the perfect dress for me and the guests I brought with me! She actually went completely above and beyond. I will forever remember how wonderful this experience was and I hope Margo knows how much she means to me! I'll always recommend Luxe Redux and I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars to them!

Had the absolute best experience at Luxe Redux! The previous week I’d gone to a larger shop and, while it was fun, it was also a bit overwhelming and a bit rushed. At Luxe Redux, my stylist Jenna really took the time to help me understand what I was looking for and ended up finding me the perfect dress. We ended up going with an entirely different dress than I had pictured myself in, & and I’m so grateful that she knew what dresses to pull for me that would fit perfectly. It was an added bonus being able to take my dress & veil home the very same day! Highly recommend!!

Brittany was my consultant, and she was AMAZING! She understood my vision right away, and she wound up pulling the perfect dress as the first dress I tried on. She was GREAT to work with, made me feel so heard, and found my dream dress with no hassle. I bought my wedding dress at Luxe Redux! This was the first store I made an appointment for to try on dresses and I was not disappointed. Brittany helped me out on the day of my appointment and she was wonderful! I told her what I was looking for in a dress and she pulled so many beautiful dresses. When I hadn’t quite found the dress yet and was insistent on long sleeves, she thoroughly searched the store one more time and found THE dress. I was blown away by the class and uniqueness of the dress. Brittany was so kind and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Thank you again Brittany! I’m still so obsessed with my dress!

I had the best time finding THE dress at Luxe Redux! My stylist, Fiona, truly made everything so special and I felt like she knew exactly what I wanted before I even walked in the door. Her attention to detail and genuine care really made the day. I could not have asked for someone better, she’s seriously the best!!! I even had two more appointments scheduled that day but got to cancel them and enjoy more time with my family thanks to her help!! I honestly can’t say enough great things about Luxe Redux!!!

I had the best experience at Luxe Redux from the beginning! It was the first stop when trying on dresses and I was very nervous at the concept of a room full of people watching me try on dresses and the small intimate space immediately made me feel more comfortable. Our consultant Alyssa was so friendly & personable and she instantly made herself a part of our group of friends and family. I tried on quite a few dresses that I think I would have been willing to settle on, but she was very insistent, but in a very comforting and reassuring way that there would be a dress that I would love more than others and even if it wasn’t in their store, I would know when I found it and sure enough I did. I put on a dress (photos attached) and didn’t want to take it off. The store covered my appointment cancelation fees for other try-on appointments I had later in the day which was a very accommodating touch I did not expect. I have since recommended the location to two other friends who have gone on to purchase their dresses there. I will continue to recommend!
