Richard was very knowledgeable and helpful. Explained to me exactly the best way to get the fittings I needed for industrial hose couplers. He and Lance were professional and courteous and got the job done while I waited. Took a whopping 5 min where I thought I was gonna have to leave it overnight. 5 stars are an understatement to how they conduct business and treat customers.

Lance knows what customer service really means, his knowledge and work ethic is out of this world. I drove an hour away, one way because he was the only one who could make the propane line I needed to complete my job. I would not recommend anyone else except Lance or the young man working with him to do what these guys did. AMAZING LANCE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING KEEP IT UP BROTHER.

This place has the most professional friendliest people I've ever met. I walked in late morning on a Friday with four lines I needed. I was figuring I'd pick them up Monday or Tuesday morning. I was in there for 8 minutes. Lance had all my lines built before I signed my receipt.

Dealing with Lance is always a pleasure! He knows his stuff and will always do his best to help. Even when he doesn't have what you need, You'll leave with a smile and feeling good about the experience. The world needs more people like Lance!

Lance and Richard are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Add that to the fact that they are high energy and super friendly and you have everything that is needed for a great customer experience. This is the place to go for all of your hose and fitting needs.

Lance is phenomenal! He rescued me from a burning building and put my children through college…. Not really.

BUT Lance does provide Exceptional and UNSURPASSED; product knowledge and customer service. Far superior to any of the competitors or dare I say, any other Parker/Triad. The wait times are also extremely short even for hoses. When you walk in don’t find your own stuff, just let Lance take the wheel.

P.S. - Please give Lance a theme song, so when he walks out of the back room. EVERYONE in the store will know they are in the presence of greatness.

Great experience from phone conversation and idea of pricing. Bald guy and his helper where the nicest people ever. Explained everything and got me fixed for only $25.00 over phone quote which was great. In and out in 15 mins. Good job team at Parker hose and fitting.

I've been coming down here for a number of different personal project since 1999 and often find myself very confused with the random projects I'm working on at the time but I know I am about to find great service and a lot of clarity to my unanswered questions when I walk in the door.
