Wendy's Bridal

So relieved to finally find my wedding dress!! I came to "wedding row" in Cincinnati with my mom and daughter. There are many wedding shops there but Wendy's Bridal was the only one who took the time to listen and help us search for the perfect dress that was in my price range. She helped dress me with care and compassion, complimenting me along the way in an authentic manner. She even allowed me to partake in the tradition of signing the dress on display with my wedding date. After that, she allowed my mom to sign as well because she got her wedding dress from Wendy's Bridal 30 years ago! It was such a special moment and I would definitely recommend this bridal shop.

Wendy's was the 3rd store in our day of dress shopping yesterday. 1st stop was great, & our 2nd stop was absolutely horrible. So by the time we got to Wendy's, I was a little frustrated and was worried how this appointment was going to go. We were a bit early, so we asked if we could look at their bridesmaid dresses. Michelle was still in her previous appointment, but said to look around & she'd be with us soon. From start to finish this was a fantastic experience. Once we started looking at bridal dresses, Michelle walked us through how everything was organized & we started pulling dresses. I was telling her about a dress I had really liked at our 1st stop of the day & she was extremely helpful in helping me find dresses similar in concept. She made the entire experience that much better by providing her assistance & taking her time with us. She wasn't pushy at all. She seemed to genuinely care, as she asked alot of questions about our wedding plans so far. Never did I feel like I didn't "belong there" as I had felt at our 2nd stop of the day. My 4 bridesmaids, finance's Mom, & my Mom all agreed that this was an amazing experience. The selection of dresses in my size range (20-24) was alot more than expected, based on what I had heard from others. I ended up finding my perfect dress here. I hope Michelle gets to see this review, as she truly helped turn a marginal day into an amazing one!

Wendy’s was an overall fantastic experience! They were very friendly and helped me from start to finish: trying on my dress, completing my order, taking measurements, and my dress was ready for pick up within a few months (earlier than they anticipated). Ordered end of July, came in November! Not to mention, my dress was absolutely gorgeous: a “3D design” with off the shoulder straps. Never knew this was the style I even wanted until I saw it!

Today I had the best experience dress shopping. I'm plus sized so it's a little difficult for me to find something I like that will actually fit. Jenn helped me find the dress of my dreams and she was so nice. 100% recommend going here if you're looking for a wedding dress.

I had the most amazing time at Wendy’s bridal. I found THE dress I’ve always dreamed of having! Michelle was amazing and I felt 100% comfortable the whole time I was there. I had an appointment earlier in the day at another bridal store and felt rushed and like my party that came with me was a bother. Although, Wendy’s was accommodating to my large group and I’m so thankful that they were understanding! We even came in a little early to our appointment and they didn’t have an issue with getting me started right away. I would recommend this place 100 times over!! Thank you Wendy’s bridal team for giving me the experience you did!!

The staff at Wendy's were kind, helpful, patient, and unpretentious. I never felt like I was being rushed along or pushed in any particular direction. They listened to exactly what I was looking for and directed me to the dress that checked every box and got to wear on my wedding day! I received many compliments and was very happy with the whole process!

I had Michelle as my bridal consultant and she way FANTASTIC. She helped me find the right dress and feel beautiful the whole time. The selection was awesome and I left an extremely happy bride.

I had a great experience with Michelle at Wendy’s Bridal. She offered me the option to customize a wedding gown that I mostly loved, but wanted to change slightly. I’m so excited to see my customized dress when it comes in. I loved my time in the shop and would definitely recommend to others! Everything was clean and organized and I didn’t feel rushed. Nothing about my experience felt chaotic, I which was really appreciated. 10/10 recommend!

I loved my wedding dress, it was very beautiful, expensive but beautiful and worth every penny. The lady that helped me try on dresses was very helpful and made feel confident in picking my dress. Michelle is the best. We got in last minute with no hesitation. They were so inviting and made me feel comfortable with every decision! Best experience throughout my dress hunt. Not to mention, my sister had an amazing experience here two years ago!

For price and style, Wendy's had everything I was looking for. It only took me trying on 3 dresses to find "The One". Tiffany was wonderful to work with. The dress I ended up wearing was an "off the rack" dress that fit me perfectly. Very minor alterations had to be made to the length at the bottom and luckily, Wendy's Bridal has "Wendy's Bridal Alterations" right next door. Soheila at Wendy's Bridal Alterations could not have been better. We recommend Soheila to everyone we know looking for alterations. No complaints!

I worked with Jen back in March and she was absolutely incredible! She was so patient and kind (i tried on almost 10 dresses 😅) and the dress she picked out actually ended up being MY dress! I could not be happier, this was such a wonderful experience! Can’t wait to wear my dress on my wedding day 🥺

Yesterday I tried on wedding dresses for the first time. We are in a rush, about 4-5 months out from the wedding. We were still given so many options and said if we ordered one it would still be in on time. Michelle was the sweetest, so helpful with recommendations and helped me find my dream dress! At no point did I feel like a bother, even when I didn’t know 100% the style I was looking for.

My sister bought her wedding dress there 2 year ago, had great service and experience. Now I just bought mine there and had the same. All the employees are awesome but Michelle is my girl, couldn’t have found my dress without her.

Came In mid late July and I found a gown I absolutely love! We did not have an appointment (I’m not great at planning things and had no idea haha..) but they were so very kind and let me shop for a dress anyways. They were so kind and man they have an absolutely gorgeous line of plus size dresses! I highly recommend shopping here it was a great experience 🙂
