My son broke down in his Jeep, and was able to limp it into True Care’s parking lot. The folks that work here diagnosed the problem immediately, and gave him a very reasonable price. In his situation, being stranded, it could’ve gone a whole different direction. The part was going to take a few hours to arrive. My son found the part within an hour round trip. The owner gave my son his car, and let him bring his own part back to install, because it was going to save my son 2 hours of his time. They installed the part, and it corrected several issues. These are very trustworthy AND knowledgeable folks. 5 stars!

I’m very grateful for the men here at True Care Auto Repair. I’ve been having issues with my car shaking severely so I went to my old mechanic were they scammed me out of $1000 without fixing the actual issue. The guys here found the proper cause right away. They were very knowledgeable and explained to me how my car has so much life left. Not only did they fix the problem that was causing me so much stress, they got me in the same day as my phone call, AND I felt that they had true compassion for their customers. I will be coming back here for my next service

Had car trouble while on a trip. True care got me in within hours. Were very honest and did what they said they would. Bonus was very nice waiting area with TV and clean bathrooms.

My bolts on my license plates were so rusted in, that I couldn't take them off to install my new ones. I called True Care, and they were really nice to deal with. They got me in an out in 15 minutes! They were so courteous and professional. I'll definitely bring my car back! Thanks guys!

I took my new truck in because my breaks were squeaking. After taking it apart they noticed the break pads were on wrong.
Instead of just selling me new break pads they were able to fix the issue SAVING me HUNDREDS of dollars. Great customer service and professional mechanics!

It’s refreshing actually being treated as a person in a mechanic shop! They’ve been so helpful in getting my car back in shape from the last mechanic (that did more damage than repair); all while trying to help me find quality used parts since I’ve been in a rough financial spot. I can finally say I actual have a mechanic that I trust and go to for any issues!

My car broke down on the side of the highway and they let me have it towed there. After doing an inspection, the cost of repair was the cost of my vehicle. However, even though I did not decide to have it repaired, they let me keep it on the lot for a week until I was able to have it towed again (I’m sure that’s not a thing that they do/advertise). However, I appreciate the kind and thoughtful workers. :))

I absolute love the staff there! The mechanic who worked on my car took his time to get down to the root of the problem and explained to me all my options I had to repair it. Front desk staff called and gave me detailed updates about my car. Not many auto repair shops do this. Truly impressed by their work ethic and manners. Definitely will be returning for anything further that would be needed done on my car.

This place is what customer service, quality of work, and reasonable pricing is all about. Everyone that works here is personable and makes you feel comfortable. They go above and beyond for their customers. I watched an employee take out time with an elderly customer to make sure she knew how to put oil in her car. Not many places will do that now days. I was there for a tune up and needed one that day. They made time from the already full day to be able to get me in and got in done quick. I appreciate the help and I will definitely be back.

This place came highly recommended and it's easy to see why. I originally got a quote from a certain big brand about a concerning sound from my vehicles front end. They couldn't pinpoint it and gave me a high quote (this also included tires and an oil change) Naturally I wanted a second opinion so on the recommendation of QUITE a few friends I came to True Care Auto. Super friendly, very patient with my questions, and VERY thorough in their inspection. Their quote came back higher BUT that's because they found a few other serious safety issues that needed addressed that the big brand place didn't find. They broke down the costs for me and even recommended services that NEEDED to be done and others that were lower on the priority that could wait. All in all a fantastic experience!

I've been using this shop for many years. Tony is always very friendly and he takes care of getting your car in and services competed. Thanks to the mechanics as well for keeping my older car going.

I've been taking my car there for a little over 10 years and not one time have they disappointed me. They always go up over and Beyond. Words can express how much of a good service they are to me and not only on top of that, I am very very grateful for them.

would give 6 starts if i could! i finally have a reliable mechanic thanks to them! another shop had absolutely butchered a repair on my car and they got it in quickly and i was charged even less than the estimate. everyone there treated me with kindness and respect (which is really hard as a woman) and i couldn’t be happier with the service.

Long story short. We live 3 hours away came this way to buy a car for our daughter. We ended up being stranded along 75. We had called True Care Auto Repair they answered the phone was very pleasant. When we showed up they looked it over knowing we lived 3 hours away, they took care of it and had us up going to head back home so we didn't have to make a 6hr round trip back to get it.

Amazing quality of service and prompt turnaround! Got my power steering fixed within 6 hours and the best part was it the final cost ended up being 70% of another local shop's quote.

Great guys, great location right off 75. I'm hesitant to go anywhere else and would rather tow my car here than find another spot when I'm in a pinch. These guys deserve every bit of success they've received so far!
