Tire Discounters

First off, lemme shout out Scott. Dude is not only the the greatest salesman you could encounter at an auto shop, he's the kindness. He helped me stay perfectly within budget while getting everything done that needed done. I'm going to be a returning customer as long as this establishment keeps employing kind hearted, customer driven individuals like him.

As for car service? Cheapest prices in town. I heard a radio ad about free oil changes and alignments with the purchase of select new tires. My car has never seen a full set of new tires until today because they're usually so expensive.

Everyone here deserves the best. I mean this with my heart. I can tell that this company as a whole believes in doing nothing but good for it's customers: not trying to steal your life's inheritance.

I was so impressed with the fact that Tire Discounters called me back, even though I was unable to leave a voicemail when I first called. They simply saw I called, so they called me back - truly amazing customer service. Also, Chris was fantastic. He saved me hundreds of dollars and hours of time with his authenticity and willingness to do a quick fix on my windshield wipers. He also gave me advice on putting a new part on myself. I will 100% be returning and recommending Tire Discounters to others. Thank you so much, Chris!

Excellent service! I recently had the opportunity to compare the service of Discount Tire and Tire Discounters, both on Colonel Glenn Road in Fairborn. I must say that there was no comparison to how well I was treated at Tire Discounters! They were attentive and handled my leaking tire, getting me back on the road in under 30 minutes. The other place told me to make an appointment and come back at 10 the next morning even though there were 3 guys standing around. Tire Discounters gets my vote for speed, customer friendly attitude and great service!!

Scott L. is a Super solid guy. Had a screw in my tire and took it in, (other employee) kindly told me how much it would cost if it was leaking... no problem...go to pay.
Scott: No charge.
Me: are you sure? Wasn't $$$$ listed on the back?
Scott: I know, no charge.
It's been rough lately and I can't tell you how grateful I am because of this. Might be pennies to someone else, but not for me. Thank you, Scott and other staff, for helping a girl out!

Today February 10th, 2024, got a full tire replacement and a brand new low control arm replacement. My mother in law is amazing and the people here were SUPER patient and very quick with their service. The front counter gentlemen named Scott was here by himself doing all the calls by himself and has been kicking butt. I just want to give a shout out to this Tire Discounter location for going above and beyond for their customer service. I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience like this with ANY other place! So thank you Scott and crew!

My wife and I was traveling in the area and I got a flat tire on my truck. I changed the spare then went to tire discounter Beaver Creek, Ohio. They were able to work me in and repair my tire and put it back on. They put my spare back in it position so I wouldn't have to. I asked how much and they did not charge me anything. I appreciate the service and they did a good job. I would recommend them for any type of service. Thanks to Scott Lawson the manager for all your help. I will be back.

I came here today wanting to get a patch for one of my tires and they are so nice and loyal to their customers that they are doing the $35 patch for free, because I bought two tires from them a while ago. That is excellent customer service I always come here if I need anything worked on my Cadillac BEST TIRE DISCOUNTERS EVERRRRR!!!!!!! ZACHARY IS THE MAN

They were great my tire went flat on the interstate and I had to have it towed they got me in quick and they were so nice and helpful and they plugged my tire with in 30 minutes highly recommend.

Had a nail in my tire. They got me in & out quickly and didn't charge me anything. Super friendly staff, all were busy. I will 100% go back & refer friends & family!!

7/2017 - Great service, no upsale pressure, dropped me off and picked me up from work while my vehicle was being worked on. Lifetime alignment and rotation - why go anywhere else for tires?
