Jasper is the best! Has good taste and completely interprets my concept. Now I call and don't say much and everything is still executed beautifully. My go to florists for any occasion.

Customer service is great. Their arrangements are beautiful if you don't find what you're looking for. They will make an arrangement especially for you. I always go here to get my flowers.

Everytime I walk in, the staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. I will most definitely be returning time and time again.

Got ripped off! They sold me 6 rainbow roses for $40, when Quality Wholesale flowers in La Puente not too far from them had a dozen of the exact same roses for $40 as well. I was upset considering I could've gotten 6 more roses. Will never return to their place. Their leis were overpriced as well. Other places had them for $25, they sold them for $35. Overpriced, so disappointed.
Priscilla responding back to my review and stated that I yelled at her, at no point did I raise my voice or even shouted at her. She had no interest in correcting her price gauged and so the call ended with a bye. All I express was how disappointed I am to have discovered another florist that sells to the public for a better deal and same distance. Lying about me yelling at her is really wrong and tells a lot about her. Go to a different florist, wholesale is cheaper, same quality, cheaper price!

My wife called to place an order today, she was met with the rudest, most demeaning, completely unhelpful, and insulting excuse for an employee ever. The mouth-breathing, window licking employee refused to even attempt to look for a specific item....for a sympathy arrangement!!! After being insulted off the phone my wife called Flowers by Robert Taylor and after ten minutes she was able to place the order for the arrangement with the specific item she was looking for. Thank you Robert Taylor!! Its painfully obvious Priscilla does Flowers for people like the Trumps.
