This is probably the best HIE I stay at and I stay at a bunch all over the country. Staff is super friendly, place is well maintained and up to date.

This hotel charged me different room rates than what I reserved as I checked out. The manager "Ash" refused to straighten the situation out, even with IHG corporate asking him to cooperate. I have traveled extensively for over 25 years and this never had happened before. I've advised my office travel dept to never book anyone at this hotel again to avoid a repeat experience.

Scam artists. Charged us full price for a suite, tried to tell us we didn’t reserve a suite. Lied to us and said a regular room was a suite. I’m not dumb. They had a lobby of people they had done this to. We went to the hotel next door to see if they had rooms. Turns out suddenly our room was available. Unreal. I refused to go back. I don’t trust liars with my personal belongings.
