Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus OSU

Wonderful weekend escape. Love the cleanliness, customer support team, amenities. Relaxing and TRUELY a place to escape into the comfort zone. My new home away from home when I'm on the road enjoying Summer road trips. Breakfast was great and fresh. The staff that organized and refreshed the dining area kept everything restocked and frequently cleaned all areas in a rotation according to use, not by time. Frequently wiping down all areas. Just a Great experience all around. Finally, A comfortable, clean, quiet room in addition to a big fresh self serve breakfast ! You can't beat that combination.

Clean room. Service was great. The continental breakfast was the best ever. They had bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs waffles plus all the extras. The kitchen ladies were very nice. I was truly surprised with how busy the hotel was that all the staff was kind and everything including the pool area was so clean.

When my dad was at the James, I would stay at this hotel occasionally. It is only about 15 minutes away from the hospital. While they have shuttle service to and from the hospital, I chose to drive myself. The rooms are clean and quiet, and I always felt safe. Breakfast was very good every morning, and the breakfast staff was fantastic. There is a Bob Evans and Raisin' Cains right down the street for a quick dinner. The front desk people were always upbeat, friendly, and very helpful. Parking was never a problem. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We checked in for my son’s college orientation. Anthony was very hospitable and able to upgrade our room!! The hotel is very clean, and close to OSU. Th breakfast was very good. The best part are the staff. In addition to Anthony there was a shuttle driver “aunty Liz” who welcomed us to OSU and made us feel like our son would be taken care of by the OSU community. We felt so welcomed by hotel staff there.

Everything about our visit was excellent. The room was in pristine condition. The front desk, breakfast staff and especially our shuttle driver were all above average customer service. The complimentary shuttle got us with in a ten minutes walk of Ohio stadium.

The beds were extremely comfortable, something I found difficult was finding the hallways that lead to the proper rooms. At night it was quiet and you weren't able to hear other guests, the hotel is pet friendly and my cat son was very comfortable in the room and on the bed.

My wife and I like to make Fairfield Inn by Marriott our go-to for hotel stays. This Columbus location was excellent. Clean room and hotel, attentive staff and convenient location for weekend activities in Columbus. Front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond in every way in finding delicious foods, scheduling a shuttle to get around town and making sure we had amenities we needed for our stay.

The service team here was very accomidating. Every concern I had on my last minute trip was addressed timely and curiously. There were many families and groups who were also clearly enjoying their stay and the amenities and the attendants were quick to ensure those enjoying the accommodations and public areas did not impose on others.

We had an awesome stay.Breakfast buffet was good, many choices. Rashedia was amazing as well as all the front desk staff. They were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Pool and hot tub was great as well. Lovey stay will be back!

I LOVE IT,staff😘they are so nice. Pool hot tub nicf and heated.room good only thing is no rooms in the building have a microwave u have to go downstairs to warm ur food and that goes for everyone bit overall love it.

We stayed here along a road trip because we knew we’d be going to the COSI museum in Columbus the next morning. This hotel is about a ten minute drive from the museum in Columbus Ohio.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and there were a wide variety of choices included in the free breakfast.

This hotel may not have the best rooms but it has the best staff! From the moment you arrive, the staff is so warm and inviting. They treat you so well and it was so refreshing from so many other hotels. We were in town to visit my son and attend a game at OSU and we couldn't have been treated better. Their shuttle service was so convenient and really made our trip details so much smoother! We had such an easy exit from the game very unlike the last time we attended and stayed at another hotel that did not offer return shuttle service. I rarely had to wait to speak to anyone and they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and be helpful. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and have never been treated so well. Highly recommend!

Had a couple of issues, but the hotel staff was able to fix it, and it was a great experience

We were more than impressed with this hotel! We were in town with our 3 kiddos for a concert. Affordable. Clean. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were good, pool was small but we were the only ones using it and it was well kept. Great location by food, highways. Gideon took great care of us!

This was an excellent deal for the price! The staff was very friendly and efficient. I liked it so much that when I came back to town a week later I stayed here again. The person at the desk remembered me and I appreciate that. The best part for me is that the sheets and bedding are nice, unlike most hotels where it's like sleeping on polyester.

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a great experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I highly recommend Fairfield Inn to anyone looking for a fantastic stay with top-notch service. I really enjoyed the breakfast and that they had USB ports in the room! Very clean and well maintained facilities! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Fresh breakfast daily(included) w/ spacious seating area. Super comfortable rooms include all the basic amenities and sauna ready shower 😁!! For the health conscious guests, easy access to workout room, pool, & hot tub . My next visit to Columbus will start at the Fairfield Inn & Suites 👍👍

The hotel is excellent, and the front desk staff was incredible! She made me feel so very special on an important day that nobody else had noticed, and it truly made me the happiest I've been all month from such thoughtful consideration from someone else. While the decor isn't "new", it isn't necessarily dated; it's a very clean hotel and very comfortable. I will be back for sure, and thank you for making my special day amazing!

The staff here were AMAZING! So kind and helpful from beginning to end, definitely seemed like they cared about their guests! As for the room itself, it wasn't impressive... The toilet handle got stuck often, a light shade had a hole in it, and closet was hard to open and close. The elevators were frightening to ride, but they worked. The pool and hot tub were clean and decent. In conclusion, the room quality was what you'd expect for the price considering the location (which is a mile away from some major venues) and the staff was the BEST part of the stay. ❤ I'll be staying again next time there's an event!

My girlfriend and I had the best experience here! Stayed here for a concert at Kemba live, shuttle service was very accommodating, sandy the driver was amazing and got us to and from the venue. Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms were kept very clean 👍🏻
