The Blackwell Inn & Pfahl Conference Center

Such an amazing hotel. I love that the rooms are half hardwood and half carpet surrounding the bed. Super clean. Very friendly. Love that they have valet for only 35$ a night and the car gets to the front of the hotel within 5 minutes. Definitely will come back to visit.

Hotel was great and convenient to the OSU stadium. The AC unit in the room didn’t go as low as myself and my husband would’ve preferred, but still a great place to stay.

Huge shout out to Jack who worked the hotel bar solo after the Chelsea game, because it filled up fast! He could’ve used a second bartender to accommodate the overflow.

Modern, spacious, clean room. I’ve never had a reclining lounge chair in my room before! Had a nice meal in the bar with friendly service and an excellent wine spritzer. Very convenient location for OSU visits.

We had a fantastic stay. The bed was SO comfy compared to our last hotel. The room was clean and beautiful, no issues with getting hot water, the staff was so kind and helpful, and overall we were so happy compared to our last hotel, we extended our stay a day, as we probably wouldn't find anywhere better on the way home.
My only complaint was that there's no breakfast included, and you have to pay for parking. I didn't think those were worth taking a star off, as parking in the city is to be expected.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Customer service was amazing the staff were very welcoming and made it a very comfortable experience. I checked in with Gabbie and she was excellent. She greeted me with a smile and really took the time to connect with me while checking in. I was only staying for one night but she really made me feel valued and not just another room to book. She recommended the 2110 Bistro for food and even there I had an amazing experience.
I will definitely be booking again just because of the exceptional service!

Wonderful stay. Very clean room, very nice employees at every stop. Wasn’t there long, but will definitely be our go to stay when we visit Columbus.

Attended a work conference. The Inn was fabulous, food deluxe and atmosphere friendly -with valet parking. I was not staying at the Inn as I live nearby.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and met all our needs. Great view of the Ohio State stadium. Perfect location. Easily accessible.

I stayed at the Blackwell Inn for the Buckeye Country Fest ft Zach Bryan. This hotel is right next to the Stadium. The convenience of location is enough to entice you to stay. However the quality of this hotel is icing on the cake. I stayed in room 322. A nice corner room. 2 queen beds. The beds were comfortable, pillows plush, linens were pressed and richly threaded. Shower and bathroom water pressure was great. Adjustable stream shower head, a magnifying led mirror in bathroom made getting ready an ease. Bathroom toiletries mounted in shower makes the most simplistic traveller's pack even lighter. Fridge was great, not noisy. Stocked with complimentary waters upon arrival. Loved the option to add on before check in. Alcohol, buckeyes, and upgrade options via text canary server. Towels were so soft- piano key style is their line. Armoire was spacious, loved the 6 ft mounted mirror. Perfect to get your festival outift just right! Great amenities;well thought out. Bathroom carries kleenex branded tissues, cotton balls and q tips as well as makeup removers and plenty of stocked toiletries. Pleased with my stay. Valet was reasonably priced for an event as well. Stay here. Worth the 5 hrs 30min drive from Michigan. Felt at home both in comfort and safety!

This is our first stop hotel when visiting our daughter at OSU. Beautiful, spacious rooms, right on campus, valet parking. We love it here!

Stayed here the night before a procedure at a local hospital. The staff was very helpful, valet parking was great, the only drawback was valet does not begin until 6, so if you have an early procedure it will take a few minutes to get to your car.

The walls are pretty thin, so the screaming high school kids next door were annoying, but that's not the hotels issue. The staff were all amazing whenever I had a question and when I made a purchase I their little shoppe next to the check-in counter.

I would like to give a shout out to Olivia at the Blackwell. There was a mixup in our reservation and when we arrived we did not have a room. Needless to say I was very upset and reacted badly. Olivia stayed very calm and professional. Not only did she find us another room at another hotel but had us follow her there and then paid for our room!! I can’t say enough about Olivia and I give the Blackwell 5 stars all the way around!!

I was here for a BCMC conference weekend …. Nice staff… clean rooms…. Beautiful hotel. I will definitely be back.

From the entrance of the Blackwell you could see the beautiful entrance and the dome! As we left we could hear the band practicing on the field during the day.

Service was 2nd to none. Did the valet at check in very convenient. A very short walk to Buckeye Football stadium. We were there for the 4 miler. Will definitely return next year.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. The shower was nice and hot. The location was perfect for our activities on The Ohio State University campus. I would stay here again if I was in the area!
