We were looking for the perfect place to relax and watch the total solar eclipse. I found it on Google Maps and thought "This is the one!" It did not disappoint. The nature center was closed but we expected that.

We enjoyed the beautiful scenery. There is a pond you can walk all the way around. They also have a walk way that goes out into the water. The walkway could use some repairs but we felt safe walking on it. I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the turtles that populated the pond.

Love coming here. Brought my nephew, and he had a blast. Taught him about the things he was seeing on the trails and helped another generation to love and respect nature.

Very clean & beautiful conservation park. Lots of wildlife & lily pad waters here. There's also a minimum of 4 hiking/walking trails. All clearly marked by color.

Out exploring Ohio on a road trip and stumbled across this gem. There is decent amount of parking here. Checked out the nature center for a few minutes. Some gentleman was helpful and informative in explaining the place. There are 5 miles of total trails located within the park. Needed to use the restroom, wasn't allowed to use the inside facilities, had to use the outside which was kinda weird because the sidewalk didn't even go all the way around to the men's room.

Its a beautiful place to walk and enjoy nature! They also have the indoor building where they have other things to learn/explore! The fire place and sitting area is perfect for a cookout with the family or friends!

Established nature center with a wide variety of wildlife and nature trails. GNC staff and volunteers hold classes covering a myriad of topics including the local wildlife, astronomy, etc.

Many thanks to Jason and Amanda for saving the 3-foot milk snake today that was trapped in 2 glue boards at our house. They took the time to carefully remove the snake from the glue (using water, soap, etc.) and went out of their way to get it all cleaned up. I picked it up in the afternoon and released it back into our woods. Wonderful folks at GNC!

I'm so glad I looked it up on maps before I left. They're closed right now and don't open back up till this Wednesday..
Wonder why? Today would be a perfect day to go.
It is beautiful walking thru there.
