Great service. They take care of your needs with amazing service.
Rooms are great and comfortable. Love having dishes and a fridge in the room for longer stays. Nice bathroom / shower setup. Workout room is open 24 hrs. Comfortable lobby too.
Beds are a little too firm for my preference, but overall a fantastic 4 day stay.

We had the most amazing , last minute, booking experience here after an airbnb mishap. It was an extremely busy weekend where every hotel in a 10 mile radius was fully booked. We needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights. For our first night, were able to get one of the last rooms here late at night for a fair price. For our second night, "D" who is the most kind, hardworking, and empathetic man was able to get us the LAST ROOM to accommodate us. Cannot stress enough how great "D" and the hotel was. We will only be staying at this hotel from here on out for any trips to Columbus.

Patrick and Giselle provided 5 star customer service! The room was clean, and the host were very accommodating to circumstances of arriving late and departing slightly past room check out time. Highly recommend staying here if visiting UA/OSU area.

I enjoyed my stay at this location, the room was fairly quiet and clean.

Clean, convenient to OSU campus, super friendly staff. Parking worked out ok, although they have a small extra charge to park your car. Still I would come here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic value for under $200 as it is walkable to Whole Foods, top retailers and local restaurants.

Stayed here for a week for business and had no big issues. I stayed in a studio with a king sized bed. Everything was clean and in good working order. My room overlooked Lane Road which was nice. Across the street is a Whole Foods and various restaurants and stores. You can walk anywhere to eat or attend happy hour. Noise wasn't too bad, but you are right on the street so expect to hear traffic and voices from below. The bigger stores like Target aren't too far if you need. OSU is walking distance, depending on what campus you need to visit. Breakfast is good and the staff did a great job keeping up with the crowd. Fitness center is nice with plenty of treadmills and ellipticals, BUT there are only a couple of free weights to use. It would be nice to have a few more weights and mats to do stretches on. Parking is plentiful and there is a small lot behind the hotel for a reasonable daily fee. The business center computer is on a small shelf with a cabinet, but there is no where to sit to print out what you need. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great quiet place to stay if you're going to an event at the Schottenstein Center. Close by, lovely walkable shops and food nearby, plenty of parking, and clean rooms.

Hotel was great and clean. Really want to shout out Bee, our night front desk manager. She was amazing! My daughter got sick (stomach bug) in the middle of the night. She got me items to clean and was so sweet. She even had an electrolyte drink (like pedialyte) of her own unopened that she gave me to give to my daughter since it was 2 am. Wonderful staff and of course a great location. Thank Bee!! You are a gem!!

Very clean, quiet and restful night at a almost new facility. The staff has been one of the most friendly of all the Marriott properties we have visited. Nice sized room with kitchen is a big thumbs up. Whole Foods within 5 minutes walking distance and plenty of shopping and dining in the immediate area. Would definitely stay here if passing through again.

This was my first time staying here and whenever I'm in the area, this is where I'll stay! From the professionalism to the cleanliness to the amenities, you definitely get more than what you pay for.  This location is also walking distance to stores, Whole Foods and restaurants. I want to thank Tommy for her exemplary professionalism and for taking an issue I had during my stay seriously.   She addressed my concerns immediately and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was relaxing.  If you're thinking about staying here, go for it.  You won't be disappointed.

Great hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable room. Convenient location with nearby restaurants, shops, and Whole Foods. Short drive to OSU. Not really walkable to campus (portions of walk without sidewalks).

The room was very spacious and cleaned. The staff was very respectful and helpful. The beds was comfortable and the shower was out of this world. I love the fact that we had a full size fridge, a dish washer, a stove, pots and pans, a microwave and fast wifi.

Great hotel in a convenient location to OSU, Grandview, Arlington, and even downtown. Weather was poor or I would have walked to the shopping across the street and to some shops along Lane. Good breakfast and the rooms are nice - also a huge plus was free/safe/ample parking. Workout room was nicely stocked with plenty of treadmills and ellipticals and even 2 benches. But, seriously…can you invest in more dumbbells?! Im giving this a 5 and hoping to see a full rack the next time

Conveniently located on Lane Avenue just in front of an elegant strip mall surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops, this hotel made my state in Columbus comfortable and InStyle. The brand-new hotel had immaculate rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff reasonably decorated and modern decorated furniture’s and full of amenities. The hot breakfast was average; however, it was delicious. The room rates are on a bit higher average. It is one of the best hotels for its rating that you can spend your time in Columbus, Ohio.

This is a good property in the Columbus area. It's in an area that seems to have recently sprung up as they're still in process of putting in so lamps and such for traffic control, but the traffic wasn't too bad at all. Granted, this stay was towards the (hopefully) tail end of COVID; one cannot say off that pattern will hold.
The room was nice, but I would've set the door to the bathroom closet to the entrance than right by the bed. Personal preference I suppose. Because the area is being built-up, there was a selection of food within walking distance, that was nice. All in all, I'd recommend a stay there.

We were in Columbus because our son had major knee surgery. For the last week and a half of our stay, we stayed at Townplace on West Lane Ave. This is a great location which is close to everything and the staff is tremendous. Going through this difficult time, the staff was extremely helpful in accommodating us and trying to make things as easy as possible. And the cleaning staff did an awesome job keeping the facility very clean.

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful hotel in the perfect location, it's across the street from an upscale outdoor mall and surrounded by great restaurants. It is also in a very safe area, located just a couple miles from OSU (pro tip: we have stayed at a couple very sketchy/scary neighborhoods around OSU so choose carefully where you stay). The double queen standard room was large, clean, and comfy. The semi-full kitchen and dining table for 4 was convenient. The hotel manager, Bern, went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We had to make a last minute reservation due to a nightmare situation at a "supposedly" near 5-star airbnb and Bern took care of us and put us in a great room.
We have a student at OSU and this will be our "go to" place for future hotel stays. Thank you Bern!

This is an amazing hotels the ladies at the front desk were just wonderful answered all questions and made me feel comfortable. My room was so clean housekeeping does a perfect job. Great location as well. Come and stay. I was here on business so every time I’m in Ohio I’m staying here.
