The Landing Tavern

We chose here for breakfast over the weekend based off of how crowded it was in the mornings when we drove past. It was not a disappointment at all and we got there at a good time where we walked right in and sat down at a table. The food was great and the prices in my option were very reasonable. This will be my go to breakfast spot when I am in the area without a doubt.

Came here for brunch with my fiancé and this breakfast hit the spot. Highly recommend the egg scramble and the cinnamon swirl pancakes!

Briskets killer dinner doesn't seem to take long at all. Breakfast is also good but both times we went took forever to get the food. They were somewhat busy maybe half capacity.

Our visit was awesome! We were just going to stop for a beer and move on. My hubby decided to try the brisket sandwich, so we stayed. The service was great (Mia), and the food was amazing! I got the Rueben. I get that everywhere, hit or miss, but honestly, this one was the best I’ve had in Years! Top 5 for sure🥰. Someone at the bar bought us a beer and a shot, so that was a welcome surprise 😉. I would 100% recommend a stop here!

I will start with ,yes today is memorial day weekend,(SUNDAY), and we know that it would be busy. This was our first time here. I have working in the service industry for 30 + years. Been in management most of that time. The young lady that severed us, we could tell was having a day. She was overwhelmed, I'm sure. Understandable. We were there for about 45 minutes when I asked how much longer did she think it would be? Long story short we waited, and glad we did. The food was absolutely amazing. Had the fried potatoes with sausage gravy added, and eggs and rye toast. Yum. Husband got the creamed chip beef and cinnamon swirl pancake. Yum.
Always try to remember, we can all have bad days, it's just how we handle it. I'm sorry I didn't catch the young lady's name,( long dark hair) but keep doing your best and you will do great. And to the other young lady that was helping as well. Thank you, Crystal I believe was her name. ( purple hair). We will be back next time in the area.

Their sandwiches are great and so are the drinks. Fairly priced. It's hard to get a great Reuben around the lake and this is the place to get it. Delicious food anytime of day. Whether you get the Reuben, a tenderloin, patty melt, brisket, Philly cheesesteak or anything on the menu you won't be disappointed. It really is a great quaint gem around the lake! I highly recommend the Reuben, I can't stress that enough.

Haven't had anything from The Landing that wasn't delicious, but the Philly cheesesteak was particular fabulous. Perfectly toasted bun (get a load of that caramelization!) loaded with peppers and onions sautéed just right, tasty beef and lots of gooey cheese.
Never had anything but friendly, fast service, either. Great place.

Best breakfast in the Indian Lake area! Staff is always friendly, homefries are real potatoes 🥔 and eggs are always perfectly cooked to order. If you’re feeling indulgent, the cinnamon swirl pancake with pecans is delicious. It’s hard to find a good diner these days that has orange marmalade at the table and the swirl rye toast calls for it!

Fantastic stuffed clams! We will be back!❤ Very nice outside seating and a pleasant tavern setting inside. Great service!

Have never been here even though we have passed by for several years . Today we decided to have lunch there. Very clean place , we got the patty melts ( very good ) service great. No complaints at all

It's always so much fun. We came by boat and had a few drinks. Someone in our group got the fish sandwich. He said it was very good. The atmosphere is always nice. They have a nice patio out back with a bar. Bruce is the nicest guy.We always enjoy talking with him!

Great little bar and grill. Small and friendly atmosphere. Food was good, definitely going back.

We love meeting here with our friends on a nearly weekly basis. The food is always good, the service is usually quick and always clean. Just wish they would quit turning down the jukebox. I understand we are not the only group of people in there to enjoy a meal or drink but everyone pays to play music, we should at least be able to hear it. I'm not saying it needs to be at 100% volume but 50% would be nice. Overall, I would recommend if you are in the area. Bruce has done a fantastic job since he has taken over the business.

Food was excellent!! The young man serving us was very kind and had a good sense of humor. The men's room was a little awkward....🤣 but whatever. Look forward to visiting in the summer for the outside experience. Highly recommend

Went there 2 days in a row. Loved it! Can't beat those fries...the chili was great and the fish was perfect. Delicious! Did I mention the perfectly grilled grilled cheese? Can't wait to go back!
