Great park for walks, the loop is one mile. Great covered playground for small kids. Restrooms are now open. Still has the old picnic shelters. Very clean park.

My grandson, who is autistic loves this park! If you happen to love someone with autism you know how rare them loving a place can be. I do wish it had a set of swings, but this is a great park for playing and taking a family walk.

Nice, quiet park with lots of green space and a new playground in the middle. You'll want to turn onto Jerry Couch Rd, not Canal, which is the way our Google maps routed us. There's a nice one mile loop that is about 1/4 paved and the rest small gravel. We could still use our stroller but it wasn't as ideal as the paved part.

This is a well maintained kids play area that has a completely covered playground. The area is completely covered from sun or rain. My kids enjoyed playing on the equipment and voiced their willingness to return in the future. Hopefully the place is kept to this high standard going forward.

Wonder place clean restrooms cameras in play area makes for safer and more enjoyable experience with the great walking trails

Took my two kids there at night with some pizza and they had a blast!

The park is great although some of the bigger kids need to chill out. ....parents need to not let them loose unsupervised....parents.

Beautful new park. But, beware of the poisonous hemlock plants near the river.They look like queen annes lace, but are the most poisonous plants in North America. They have white flowers, purple stems and are BIG plants5 to 7ft tall .ALL PARTS OF THIS PLANT ARE POISONOUS!! Queen Anne's Lace comes out in July and August.We stopped in the Monroe Police Station to notify them as we couldn't find any park employee.Do not touch any part of this plant. It is after all, the plant that poisoned Socrates in 300 BC!

Adorable park! Took my 4 year old and she was able to play on everything and had a blast.
