CVS

Travis the pharmacist truly took great care of me today! I had a mix up with my medications and he was kind enough to help get it straightened out! Wanted to make sure he gets the recognition and praise deserved! Very much an asset to CVS!

I think all these entitled boomers need to calm down. From my visit, the place is understaffed. Imagine overworking with a packed lines of people that are staring at you. I used to work in the service industry part-time so i understand. I don’t blame the staff for most of the part. It’s the corporate giant CVS that refuses to supply more staff and squeezing more profits. I think most of the hate in these reviews should be directed at CVS instead of the staffs. The staff I’ve met so far has been very friendly and spends an appropriate amount of time under this circumstance.

Whoever the worker was at 3:00am on 11/19. He was was a great person and seriously needs a raise. I have never seen a worker so knowledgeable on the drugs and he was spot on with his information. This is the type of smiling face you need to see at that time of day. Please give that man a raise.

This is the best pharmacy in Southwest Ohio. The staff, everyone, are the most professional, kind, and efficient workers I’ve ever seen. I’ve read that this is one of the busiest CVS pharmacies in Ohio. They work as a team and are fun to watch! The best way of the best! Thank you!

Everyone is so helpful always and kind amd smiling, even as they are always busy busy. Dealing with customers can sometimes be a pain as I have seen from the line inside. They always handle it with kindness and unserstanding. I appreciate the staff here. Keep up the amazing work. You are appreciated.

I love this store!! I love the people!!! I won't go to another CVS or any other drug store. They no me and my family by name!! You can't get better then that!! Very, very friendly!! I love this store and would recommend everyone to come here!!

Excellent customer service

The staff is super nice. And despite being insanely busy at the pharmacy, the workers are always kind, quick and efficient.

Service was great unlike udf that had the nerves to tell me they didn’t have a restroom the restroom was amazing they have comfortable toilets and when I went poo poo I enjoyed it since I had to hold because udf doesn’t have one👎🏼
