I was very nervous coming in for my appointment but Julie was amazing she explained everything and answered any questions my party had. She truly listened to everything I said and helped me find a beautiful dress. I was clueless when it comes to dresses but Julie did everything she could to look for what I would be comfortable in and did a wonderful job at making me feel heard. Staying in my budget was a huge deal but Julie worked with me and helped me find an amazing dress for a great price. If you’re looking for a welcoming and budget friendly place to find your wedding dress I highly recommend Reading Bridal Outlet!

I had just finished with another appointment when I went to RBO and came in a little discouraged and frustrated. From the second I walked in Julie made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She was so so receptive, encouraging and kind and made me hopeful I would be able to find the dress without feeling any pressure to buy! She was realistic and truly listened to my desires and concerns for both my dress and my budget. She made me feel so beautiful and understood my vision while also using her expertise and being honest about what might flatter me the best. She was also equally engaged with the guests I brought which meant a lot to me!! We nearly canceled the appointment 30 minutes before because I was so overwhelmed from the previous store but I’m so so glad we didn’t!! Thank you for helping me find the perfect dress that made me feel like myself! I’d love to do it all over again and I couldn’t recommend RBO more!

When I went in for my appointment I was not expecting to find my dress but it only took less than an hour!! Julie greeted me as I walked in the door and had the most welcoming and warming attitude. She explained what we were going to do and then helped me pick out my 6 dresses. Once I was trying them on she was so encouraging, sweet, and so helpful. She answered any questions that my party or I had. She gave me seamstresses that would work with my shorter timeframe, and was able to give recommendations some other stuff for my wedding. She is someone that is in the right place of work, she knows her stuff! They have great prices for dresses off the rack and I was able to put a deposit down to hold it and was able to pick it up a few days later. I had such a great experience and I’m so grateful that I went! If you need a place to find a dress I definitely recommend Reading Bridal Outlet, you will have an amazing time!!

I came to the Reading bridal district from out of town and made two appointments - first of which was at Reading Bridal Outlet. When I walked in, Kaitlyn was super friendly, greeted and seat me and my 4 guests. She then explained that we would all go pick out a few dresses and then I’d try them on, and we could always go get more.

Kaitlyn was super helpful in helping me get multiple gowns on and guided the appointment while still fully letting me and my 4 guests talk and determine our thoughts on the dresses. After trying on about 15 dresses, I found the PERFECT one.

I definitely got a little emotional and had that bridal “say yes to the dress” moment that I’ve always dreamed of. To top it off, I got a several thousand $ dress for $1,050. I didn’t really want to go to my next appointment at another store, so she offered for them to cover the cancellation fee so I could walk away right then and there with my dress!

I can’t say good enough things about Reading Bridal Outlet! The place had such good homey vibes, a huge selection of beautiful dresses of all sorts, and I just had an all around perfect experience. Thank you Kaitlyn and RBDO!

A last minute appointment turned into finding the most beautiful dress to wear on my special day!

I had just finished up at another local bridal store and I was feeling defeated and a little frustrated with the experience. I was headed home when I made a last minute decision to book the last appointment available. I am SO glad I did. Julie welcomed me and got me situated with zero pressure!! She helped me with each dress while giving me the privacy that made me feel comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable about each gown. I had tried on 3 very different gowns that led me to the ONE.

I’m a new mom & I’m learning my new body. I had no idea that a gown could make me look so beautiful and love myself.

It was such a special experience that I was able to share with my mom and my daughter! It’s not every day you make a connection so quickly with someone and feel so comfortable. I highly recommend RBO with great pricing on a variety of beautiful gowns and an instant personal connection!

I made an appointment over lunch on a Friday, and it was perfect! No one else was in the store other than Julie and my sister who came with me. It’s not a large store, but they have a variety of dresses, and the quality is great. I told Julie I was not planning on buying anything that day, and she was understanding and very helpful. It was just a calm and relaxing environment! I ended up finding a dress that I loved that she graciously held for me until my follow up appointment I had scheduled a week later with my mom and sisters (even though they’re not always able to hold dresses). We all went there today, and I tried on more dresses (Kaitlyn helped me today, along with Julie), but I ended up choosing the one I had loved the week prior! I recommend all brides to try on dresses more than once if they can, and I would also recommend going to the Reading Bridal Outlet. The service is good, the dress options are great, and it was a very personalized experience!

Julie helped make my day wedding day complete. My family came down from Cleveland for the weekend and we expected to be shopping for hours. My experience at the reading bridal outlet was fantastic! It was the day after valentines day, I just found out my dress I ordered online wasn't coming and I had to get my dress asap, because my wedding was in two weeks! So we walked in, without an appointment but with a little patience we eventually made our way to work with Julie to try on a couple dresses. She was kind and very helpful. After dress 4 she saw my vision and ended up pulling another dress off the rack and ended up being the most stunning dress! She was hyping me up and just was an amazing experience! So happy I found my dress so fast and it ended up being absolutely perfect for pur big day! ❤

Highly recommend stopping in. I hadn’t planned on going in, but had extra time before my next appointment and ended up finding the most beautiful dress. I love that they had a good selection of dresses in my size and you can take the dress home that day! Julie was amazing helping style me. I never felt pressured to buy, but you just know when you find the one.
