I want to express how much of an AMAZING time myself and my bridal party had at this Lace!! I had found the dress of my dreams online after months of hunting I could NOT find it anywhere. I had given up finding the dress anywhere, I attempted one more search for THE dress. Which is how I found my self traveling from New Hampshire all the way to this BEAUTIFUL shop in Ohio.

McKenzie was AMAZING from the first phone call to every text, every follow up leading up to the trip and down to the final YES!

She went above and beyond to make my self and my bridal party feel welcomed!

The shop is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. Every person there was great!

McKenzie did a great job being patient with me and understanding my wants. She was invested in helping me find the perfect one. Which I did! May I add it was NOT the dress I went down there for 🤣.

Needless to say my experience, here was exceptional, and I would recommend this bridal boutique to any bride from New Hampshire to California!

I truly had the best experience at lace bridal couture! I went in not knowing what I was looking for, and ended up leaving with the most perfect gown! ( The first one I tried on!! ) Sharon Arnett was also a pleasure to work with on alterations! She made my dress fit like a GLOVE! and did the most beautiful bustle!! She is awesome and I would highly recommend her!

I had the BEST experience at Lace! Grace was my stylist and she was the cutest! She was so sweet and very helpful, and she ended up knowing me better than I knew myself!! She picked up on details I never even thought of! She ended up finding a dress that was perfect for me:) Loved the atmosphere at Lace! Definitely went home and recommended Lace to my friends!

We had the BEST experience at Lace today! They got us in last minute no problem! Our stylist was Madi & she was truly phenomenal! She helped customize and make adjustments to each dress I tried on to get EXACTLY what I was looking for. Was willing to do whatever to give me my dream dress! She is a GEM!! So personable, funny, incredibly helpful, reassuring, and kind. 100% request her as your stylist, you will not regret it!

I would recommend this dress store to any bride! I went to a total of 4 dress stores in the Cinci Bridal District to find my dress and of the 4, Lace Bridal was the absolute best! They provide a nice variety of dresses which are organized by style, making it very easy to sort through them and find the dresses you’re interested in trying on. They also provide private areas for each bride and family so the bride can feel comfortable modeling her dresses. The atmosphere overall was welcoming and friendly and best of all was the staff! The ladies at Lace Bridal are knowledgeable of their selection, they are extremely helpful and kindhearted, & I didn’t feel like I was offending anyone if I didn’t like one of the dresses I tried (such an awkward feeling). Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Lace Bridal to find your dress and don’t forget to add on the mimosa bar! 😉

I had an appointment with Jess this morning and absolutely loved the entire experience! I truly had no idea what I wanted and she magically found a way for us to quickly discover what style of dress I liked. It felt like she knew the entire store inventory and would miraculously find another dress that I could try on. After a handful of dresses, we found the final dress that I said YES to! She then had a vision for the veil and it worked perfectly! My mom and I believe that this appointment was so successful because of Jess! I will definitely be telling all my friends to go visit her.

I purchased my veil from Lace after purchasing my dress from their sister store, Love. I truly had such an amazing experience at both places! I hadn't thought much about what picking out my veil would be like or what picking up my dress would be like. It was such a fun experience and I ended up with a beautiful veil that is really different from what I thought I wanted! Kelly and her team are so kind and caring. Picking out my dress with Erin is a memory I won't forget! Picking up my dress and choosing my veil with Amanda is a memory I will treasure for a lifetime. I am so grateful to have had such a great dress experience and it is all due to the environment Kelly and her team have created!

Could not have had a better experience working with Lace Bridal Couture! Amanda was so helpful and patient as I tried on as many dresses as I needed to in order to make my decision. The entire staff is so friendly, fun, and encouraging. They make you and the entire day feel beautiful!

I went to Lace Bridal Couture for my wedding dress, and I cannot say enough amazing things. I absolutely LOVED my dress.

First, I had a great consultant - Amanda! She was kind, patient and very friendly. We walked through the options and after trying on a number of dresses and listening to my feedback, she ended up pulling out the dress that I would eventually say yes to. She even wrote me a lovely note a few days later. It was a very personalized and thoughtful process overall. They even added buttons down the back of my dress for no additional charge!

Second, the quality of the dress I selected was above par. I had tried on a few dresses that were similar, but the quality was no where near what Lace had. Even when I got it altered, the alteration tailor couldn't stop talking about the quality and beauty of my dress.

If you are looking to get a wedding dress, I highly recommend Lace Bridal Couture as your go-to place.

I had an amazing experience at Lace! Haley was my consultant and made me feel so confident and really listened to me when I described the style dress/veil I was looking for. Lace makes you feel truly special during your appointment. It was my first appointment of 3 for the day, and though deep down I knew that I had already found my dress here, the team was so understanding that I wanted to go to the remainder of my appointments that day just to be sure! I ended up coming back at the end of the day and saying yes to the dress. Haley was also so helpful in working with the dress designer to make certain customizations that I wanted to the gown. I couldn't have asked for a better day, even after having a very rough appointment at another shop that day. I highly recommend coming here for the kind, caring staff and beautiful dress selection. I absolutely loved my experience at Lace Bridal Couture! The staff there is so incredibly friendly. They have a huge selection of dresses. Their fitting rooms are a nice size and offers plenty of privacy. We also have champagne and a charcuterie board which was also lovely. My bridal consultant was Hannah and she was a DREAM. She made the experience so fun and exciting. I ended up saying yes to my dress (and a veil) as well! 10/10 recommend!!

Julie was my stylist, she is EXTREMELY helpful! My wedding is in 6 months which left me really stressed about finding my perfect dress on time. Julie really made the process smooth and reassured me of all of my choices leaving me to feel so calm. Please go again and request Julie! The owner was also so kind and helpful. What a great place!!

Lace Bridal Couture was amazing. I worked with Grace and she was knowledge, kind and caring. Grace made sure to listen to all of my wishes and help me dwindle down my options. She never ignored what I did or didn't like and found me my perfect dress. I would highly recommend Lace Bridal Couture if you are looking for THE dress!

The BEST experience I could’ve asked for when picking a dress. Grace was absolutely incredible and patient! She listened to my wants and not to mention my complaints, and made my dreams come true! It’s private enough for you and your party to relax and enjoy your time. Not to mention the BEST mimosas! Not once did I feel rushed even though it’s a timed appointment. They even let me come back later in the day without an appointment to try on my dream dress again. 10/10!

After going to several bridal shops in one day, I only had an appointment at 1 but didn’t find anything. The shops wouldn’t take walk ins, but Lace welcomed me and sisters with open arms. With no appointment and I found my dress. Thank you so much Amanda. The hospitality, and the whole environment was so welcoming.

So I ended up finding my dress elsewhere HOWEVER I just had to leave a review because I had such a nice experience here. They have a great selection and I definitely tried on some dresses I loved. The consultant I had was so so so sweet and definitely put in the effort to try to find what I wanted. This was my first experience trying on dresses and it really was great! I didn’t feel pressured or stressed at all, I really just had a lot of fun with my girls I came with. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

I went dress shopping at Lace thinking that I would just try on various styles and see what I liked for a later appointment, and I ended up buying my wedding dress from them that day! Hannah was AMAZING to work with and made me feel so comfortable! Choosing a wedding dress can feel stressful and high pressure, but she made it fun, and Lace has such a wide range of styles that it was easy to find the one I wanted to keep! Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I were so impressed with this shop and owner Kelly. She sent us over to McKenzie at the Reading Bridal shop, she also owns. We had stopped in Blue first because we were only going to look around They stopped us immediately at the door and told we had to make an appointment and COULD NOT look or touch anything in the shop! The customer service was remarkably different at Lace and the Reading Bridal shop! My girlfriend said, “Yes to her Dress”, at Reading Bridal, so this just shows what customer service can do. Kelly and McKenzie restored our faith that customer service is still alive and well!
