Sarah was my stylist and she was so wonderful to work with!! She understood my vision right away and the first dress I tried on ended up being the one!!! She also added little bits and pieces toward the end that sold the dress even more. I love that this boutique is budget conscious but you get top notch service along with it. This is the best place to get your dress in Cincinnati!!! Couldn’t recommend it more. I’m so thrilled and I can’t wait for my wedding day. 🥰

I purchased my dress in July 2023 for my March 2024 wedding and I truly had the best experience. I was extremely nervous coming in to dress shopping but the Blue Bridal Team were so helpful and reassuring during the whole process. I found my perfect dress and felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. I would recommend Blue Bridal to any bride in search of their perfect dress.

Emily my master stylist was beyond amazing!!! I was a very hesitant bride not super excited to try on dresses and extremely nervous. Emily made me feel SO confident and calm the entire time and I could not have asked for a better experience. I left with the most beautiful dress that fit my style and vision to a tee. I couldn’t recommend blue bridal or Emily more!!

Danielle made my dress shopping experience so amazing and easy. She listened to my wants, needs, and ideas and we clicked immediately. You can tell she really loves her job and what she does! I was so nervous about picking out a dress and she made the process so smooth and stress free! Everyone at Blue Bridal was so welcoming when we came in and happy for me when I chose my dress. I loved Anna so much — immediately felt comfortable with her, felt like she was dedicated to finding exactly what I wanted. Felt immediately like a friend!!! She encouraged me to try new options I wouldn’t normally try and helped me narrow down to my perfect dress. I’m usually indecisive so it was helpful to have her guide me & give me her expertise. So so so thankful I got her as my stylist today!!! I know my experience was so amazing because of her.

I had such a wonderful appointment with Sara K. at Blue Bridal while searching for my perfect dress on Thursday, July 26th. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and picked out absolute knockout dresses to put me in based on what I told her I was looking for. I took my mom, and while Sara took her opinion into account she really kept the focus on me and how I felt about every dress. She was continually checking in on me and how I was feeling throughout the process. She was never pushy or impatient about me purchasing a dress and didn’t pressure me about making a decision even as I tried on dress after dress. She was also extremely courteous of my budget and never put me in a dress above a price point I was comfortable with. We eventually narrowed it down to two stunning dresses, and while I ended up finding THE dress at a different boutique, I easily could have seen myself getting married in either one of the two we picked out. Almost everything in the store is off the rack which is great for brides with time constraints like myself and the prices are extremely reasonable for brides on a budget! I highly recommend Sara and Blue Bridal whether you already have a distinct vision for your dress or you are just starting to figure out what it is you are looking for in a dress. It was truly a 5 star experience!

Danielle made my dress shopping amazing. After visiting three other shops that day, I felt so comfortable with Danielle. She wanted me to be honest and tell her what I loved or hated, and didn't want me to walk on my toes around her. She let me try on as many dresses as I wanted until I found the one. I love my dress so much and am so excited to wear it!

My shopper's name was Sarah, and she was absolutely amazing. I felt so comfortable with her because she was upfront, honest, knowledgeable, and fun. I did 3 different appointments in the wedding district, but Sarah was the most helpful and professional of the 3 stops. I ended up finding my dress with her and Blue Bridal! Such a great experience.

Emily was fantastic! I cannot say enough great things about her. I could tell she really knows what she is doing, made me feel very comfortable, and had amazing energy. I did not end up getting my dress at Blue Bridal but that is only because I happened to find a dress that combined my 2 favorite dresses at Blue elsewhere. Blue’s dress selection was GREAT and I even put a dress on hold, but I ended up finding one elsewhere that felt more right for me. However, Emily was so wonderful that I truly wish I would have found my perfect dress at Blue.

Blue Bridal is amazing! This was my first in person dress shopping appointment and Sarah K. made me feel so comfortable, confident, and put my nerves at ease. She listened to what I wanted and was so helpful and encouraging! I felt like she was a friend helping me shop which made it all the more fun. My guests were taken care of and listened to as well. We ended up finding my dream dress and veil, and after my wonderful shopping experience, I was so happy to purchase from Blue!

I had an incredible experience here. It was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses and Emily was extremely informative, asked questions about me and my preferences and was willing to work with me to find the perfect dress. She even picked out the dress I ended up purchasing even though it was nothing like what I had in mind walking in that day. Thanks to the whole team and especially Emily, you guys were great!

I went to several bridal stores in Cinnci and in the Louisville area and Bridgett was BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE BEST attendant I experienced at any of the stores I went to. Her customer service was beyond 5 stars and I seriously can’t thank her enough for the experience she provided. Her demeanor, conversation, and clipping game was above all the rest. If you attend Blue Bridal they are all amazing but ask for Bridgett she is AMAZING.

I think I should start with the fact that I walked into my appointment in a bad place after crying due to a dress being out of my budget. When I came in all the staff was very nice and my persons name was Sarah. She instantly knew I was in a bad place and asked if I was alright and asked what happened. After I told her she was so supportive and loving. She helped me so much through my appointment and listened which was the biggest thing. She made me feel beautiful and confident. I ultimately ended up falling in love with the last dress I tried on with her help. We all cried when I found the one! I loved my experience and would recommend them to anyone. The budget friendly part is an added bonus for sure!

Katie was awesome helping me pick out my dream wedding dress. I had such a great experience and a fun time. Katie was very helpful and made you feel like an old friend helping you find your perfect dress. I would recommend Blue Bridal to anyone who is looking for their dream dress.

What a great experience! We loved working with Jamey she was so sweet and gave so many ideas for gowns! She really tailored the experience to what we were looking for and the entire store was so welcoming and organized!!!

Cayla was absolutely amazing. I had a terrible experience at my prior appointment and I felt pretty defeated. Cayla made sure I had the complete opposite experience when we stopped in. She helped me pick out dresses that I wouldn’t have normally picked for myself, and I ended up falling in love with one of them! I truly can’t thank the girls enough at the boutique. I had such a fun experience at blue bridal. Natalie made me feel comfortable and it took her no time to figure out what style I liked. I’m not a natural shopper and she and the dresses made me feel so confident. Highly recommend!

Sara was fantastic! I spent about 6 hours shopping every store on the street and was exhausted when I dragged myself into this store, no appointment. She was instantly a breath of fresh air! She was so engaging, turned on my favorite music, and listened to everything I was looking for. After some really rude interactions with other attendants at other shops, I could’ve cried at how nice she was 🥲 I didn’t feel pressured, I felt cared about, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
