HAPPY NAILS & SPA

i’ve had nothing but great experiences here. my nails are always identical to my inspiration pictures i show my techs. coming down to shape, color, length, EVERYTHING, it’s always ON SPOT. i will say that this business and their services are a little more pricey than most nail salons. but in my opinion, they are so so worth it. i’ve never gotten perfect nails ANYWHERE that i’ve been to in the area until i started going to Happy Nails.

I’ve been going here for a couple years now, and Johnny always does my nails. He always does them exactly how I ask! He has never disappointed me! He’s the best! 🩷

The place is very soothing. I leave happy. Friendly employees is why I gave them five stars. Thankful for their services. Steven does my nails.

I have been going to this salon for almost a year now and it has never done me wrong! Any other salons in cookeville i have been to leave me with awful designs, chunky nails, and overall i am disappointed with them when i leave. Happy nails is the one place i have not had that experience with! The man who always does my nails is super sweet. 10/10 recommend.

My sister and I went and got our nails done today. This is probably the fastest I have ever been in and out of a nail salon. I had Adam and he did a great job gave me exactly what I wanted. I got my toes done too but forgot the gentleman’s name. This was our first time here we will be back

I came in on a Sunday as a new customer with a design I wanted. They went over and above to perfectly match my picture. They have a customer for life!

My second time returning was in no way a disappointment. Johnny took amazing care of me again.

This place was fabulous! Beautiful and clean environment, friendly staff, and amazing talent made for wonderful experience. I have limitations in my nails for work and they were super accommodating. My nails came out even better than I hope.

Very happy with my nails done by (Adam) I think his name was, #6 desk. He was recommended by my sister and I was glad I went with him. He did Gel nails and did everything I asked for in about 30 min or so. I will definitely come back to fill in my nails with him.

Took my niece as a reward for good grades at the end of the school year. They were patient and kind to her and did a wonderful job working from a picture she found and fell in love with for her nails. I will definitely visit again!

Ky Van did an AMAZING JOB! My nails are SO beautiful! I came in with an exact picture of what I wanted and he absolutely exceeded my expectations! It is a very nice atmosphere, clean, and beautiful interior! This is my new nail place! I have had so many bad experiences in the past and they completely turned it around !

Super nice and good quality work. I really enjoyed my pedicure experience. The massage chairs were super cool too. My technician definitely knew what she was doing. Plus the place is gorgeous and sanitary.

I went towards the end of their hours and they got me right in. It was clean, quiet, and enjoyable. The pedicurist was friendly and was knowledgeable about what she was doing. I would return.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been here a few times and most recently brought my kids to get pedicures. They have cute princess kid chairs for the girls and are very thoughtful and kind to the kids. They make sure to cool things down like the towel wrap and the water for them so it isn’t too hot for them.

I absolutely love this nail salon. I was one of those people just kinda went where ever was available at the time. Not anymore. Seriously myself & every other girl I work with that I've recommended go there has been more than satisfied.

My two daughters and I have been here several times my older daughter comes monthly… but this time the nail tech Johnny was extremely rude cold and physical with my 17 year old daughter. They have always corrected something if it wasn’t to her liking she told him instead of a design just paint the nail solid (the acrylic was so thin you could see through the clear polish and he said, “No, you said clear!” And he continued to be rude and slapped her on the hand a couple of times and told her to relax her hand! I am furious I have thought about this more and more and I wish I had known while I was there but I was in a different area I am definitely NOT going back…edit.. I called talked to manager they said maybe your daughter not relaxed.. ok so being physical will relax a customer? No way

They’re always so nice! They always do such a wonderful job!

I went on September 27th to get a pedicure with a friend. Our pedicures were done by Alec and Tracie. Both were very sociable & did an excellent job.
