Best affordable motel experience I've ever had! Clean, well-decorated rooms. Comfortable beds. Rooms have fridge and microwave.

Enjoyed my stay over there. They are good people and they are maintenence is very good. Will visit again

This little mom and pop place is very nice for a roadside budget motel. We rolled in around midnight and were helped right away. The front desk interaction was extremely quick and within 5 minutes we were in a room that felt very clean. The beds were comfortable and water pressure was great! Overall this place felt safe and comfortable and I would definitely stay again. Brother the turtle and his fish friends in the lobby were a special highlight that my traveling companion really enjoyed!

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are nice! Nothing too fancy, but the room was modern, clean, and spacious. Housekeeping did a great job! Great deal if you are visiting this area. Lots of places to eat nearby. Planning to stay here again the next time I am out that way.

We stayed at this very clean Budget Inn on 8/22/23. It was easy access from I-90 and just what we needed. Nice clean bathroom with good water pressure in the shower, a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. TV and internet reception were good. Clean, comfortable bed. Helpful desk attendants.

While traveling from Maine to Minnesota, we just needed a shower and a bed. We were happily surprised for the price how nice the rooms were. Very clean.

Stayed for one night in room 3, very clean room/bathroom, the lady at the check in counter was nice, comfortable beds. Extremely Close to a cvs and 2 gas stations. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here the night of Sept 17th and I received a King bed. I wasn't sure about the hotel at first but I was pleasantly surprised! The room was very spacious, had a flat screen TV (which I was surprised to see), a microwave, coffee maker and a mini fridge. The room is extremely clean as usually when you wipe the bottom of your feet after a shower before putting socks on there is dirt that falls off, there wasn't any! The front desk clerk was extremely nice. I stayed again Sept 19th to the 22nd and I got another King bed (just happened to be the room next to the one I had previously had) and it was just as nice. That time I also had a couch which was perfect to put my luggage on since I was only staying a short time. I will definitely be staying there again for my trip in March! The price is really not that bad and for me the location was perfect. Very quiet.

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Staff very nice and accommodating. Showers with good, hot water. Parking for semi trucks! Definitely on my list when I am back in NY. Dollar General next door.

Loved our 2 day stay!! Nice clean rooms with fridge and freezer as well as microwave. Would definitely recommend this place wad within walking distance to Fingerlakes Casino.

Even arriving late at night, the man at the front desk was very nice. Rooms were very nice and clean. It was better than hotels I've stayed at for twice the price.

Very worth the price. Super clean, comfy, close to breakfast places. Got our money's worth for the night stay. Don't hear any noise from the road in our middle unit.

I was making a trip to the Finger Lakes Casino. Great place to stay. Price was more than reasonable and the room was very clean. Owners were very responsive,tv wasnt working,they tried to fix it and ended up giving me another room.
